IN A CORRUPT SOCIETY, Tyrants, Dictators And Corrupt Rulers Feel Safe.

Tyrants, Dictators And

Corrupt Rulers Feel Safe

In A Corrupt Society!

But A Miserable End Awaits Them.

That’s The Law Of Nature!

(M. Javed Naseem)

"The curse of Allah shall be

upon the wrongdoers."

(al-Quran 7:44)

Man has been created weak but he pretends to be strong and acts like the Pharaoh or the tyrant whenever God gives him some wealth or power. That proves how far he is from ‘greatness’ he claims to enjoy and how ignorant he is from the Guidance that his Creator, the Almighty, offers him. A man behaving like a vulture or an animal is, as a matter of fact, is strongly under the influence of the Devil (the Satan). He has a small mind with a closed (sealed) heart. He can learn only the hard way.

Where is the justice of political power

if it executes the murderer and jails the

plunderer, and then itself marches upon

neighboring lands, killing thousands and

pillaging the very hills?”

--- Khalil Gibran

***********************************

Allah, the Almighty, is the Most Merciful to mankind and keeps providing us with food, water and air to breathe, despite our disobedience to Him and injustice to other humans. The rich and powerful take it for granted and make the common man suffer due to their power, influence and control. They act like tyrants and believe that they have the right to do so. In fact, they have NO right to do that! Allah has made it very clear what He likes and what He likes not.

And they strive to spread corruption in the

land. But Allah does not like corruptors.”

(al-Quran 5:64)

“And the wrongdoers will have no helpers.”

(al-Quran 5:72)

Indeed, He does not like transgressors.”

(al-Quran 7:55)

When man is in trouble and feels helpless, he cries to other men and to God for help. But once he is helped to get out of misery and gains some power, he becomes a beast – and a mean one too.

Men are created equal by the Almighty Creator of the universe. The better or the best among them is the one who is better in righteousness, piety and conduct. Wealth, property, family or fame don’t matter in a reasonable, just and civilized society; but those are the only things that matter in a corrupt, unjust and uncivilized society. But Allah loves justice for mankind:

And Allah wants no injustice to the worlds.”

(al-Quran 3:108)

Allah, the Almighty, has been reminding us through Prophets, Messengers and Scriptures that man is nothing but a helpless creature without Allah’s mercy. He is supposed to help and take care of his fellow humans to make the community, and the society as a whole, peaceful and livable. If a man abuses his power and money to commit injustice and crime, it shows that he has no fear of Allah; no regard for the code of ethics and morals; and no respect for others’ rights. Such arrogant tyrants were always warned many times by God before they were made a lesson in history. A wise man learns not only from history but also from the faults of others.

Allah the Almighty asks all such tyrants and unjust powerful dictators about their status and reminds us in the Quran, Chapter 67 (Surah al-Mulk), in the following verses:

“Do you feel secure that He Who is in Heaven

will not cause you to be swallowed up by the

earth when it shakes (as in an earthquake)?

Or do you feel secure that He Who is in Heaven

will not send against you a violent tornado (with

showers of stones), so that you shall know how

(terrible) was My warning?

But indeed men before them rejected (My warning);

then how (terrible) was My rejection (of them)!

Do they not observe the birds above them, spreading

their wings and folding them in? None can uphold

them except (Allah) the Most Gracious. Truly (Allah)

the Most Gracious! Truly it is He that watches

over all things.

Nay, who is there that can help you, (even as) an

army, besides (Allah) the Most Merciful? In nothing

but delusion are the Unbelievers.”

(al-Quran 67:16-20)

Those questions can make any sane person shiver with cold sweat and fear. There is a stern warning in those questions, challenging the authority, injustice and tyranny of those dictators who are abusing their authority, power or wealth to bring misery to others. They are living in delusion. They have created a fake world for themselves but they should also be aware of the fact that it is not going to last. In the end, Truth and Justice always prevail and the tyrant’s face is rubbed in the mud.

Allah the Almighty further warns those unjust rulers and tyrants, in the same Chapter (al-Mulk) in the following verses:

Or who is there that can provide you with Sustenance

if He were to withhold His provision? Nay, they obstinately

persist in insolent impiety and flight (from the Truth).

Is then one who walks headlong, with his face grovelling,

better guided,- or one who walks evenly on a Straight Way?

Say: It is He Who has created you (and made you grow),

and made for you the faculties of hearing, seeing, feeling

and understanding: little thanks it is you give.

Say: It is He Who has multiplied you through the earth,

and to Him shall you be gathered together."

(al-Quran 67:21-24)

It’s so strange that people enjoying power and wealth forget the lessons of history so quickly and easily. They think that it’s not going to happen to them because they got all bases covered, in a corrupt system and with the help of other corrupt players. Their arrogance in controlling the world makes them forget that there is a Supreme Power that controls the universe, including their world. The Supreme Creator has fixed the life-span and time for everything. He won’t let those psychopaths destroy this world before its destined End. Although they might kill millions of innocent people in that campaign! They shall fall in the end. Allah guarantees that with this warning:

And We had already destroyed generations

before you when they wronged, and their

messengers had come to them with clear proofs,

but they were not to believe. Thus do We

recompense the criminal people.”

(al-Quran 10:13)
