EX-PATS WHO BOUGHT APARTMENTS In Morocco, In 2004, Still Waiting For Titles!

   Ex-pats Who Bought
Apartments In Morocco, In 2004,
Are Still Waiting For The Titles!

Five Ex-pats from the United States, France, Germany, Italy and Saudi Arabia bought apartments in Residence Amir-B, Rue Doukkala, Casablanca (Morocco), in 2004 & 2005, are still waiting for their Titles of the properties. All of them have paid 100% money with Taxes to the Notaire, who has already reimbursed the amount to the developer Ste. Socodev of Rabat (Morocco).

The Ex-pats have filed complaints with Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Procureur General of Casablanca, the Chamber of Notaires, Casablanca, but so far there has been no positive results. The Ex-pats, who are all married to Moroccan spouses, have also sent an appeal for justice to HM The King of Morocco, but still there is no positive action.

The Notaire, who is responsible for arranging and delivering the Title documents, always tells the Ex-pats to wait "a couple of months" and the problem would be solved. The problem exists between the Developers and the lending Bank. The Ex-pats have also knocked at the doors of justice through court but no solution has been offered. They are asking now: Where is the Law? Where is Justice?
