God Is The Landlord,
We Are The Tenants!
The Lease Will Expire Soon,
Have We Prepared
To Relocate?
(M. Javed Naseem)
“To Allah belong all
things in the heavens and
on earth. Verily we
have directed the People of
the Book before you,
and you (O Muslims) to
fear Allah. But if
you deny Him, lo, unto Allah
belong all things in
the heavens and on earth, and
Allah is free of all
wants, worthy of all praise.”
(al-Quran 4:131)
This world is temporary and so is our life. We are on a
lease which is going to expire soon and we will be ejected. It’s not that we
were not warned about it, the Scriptures are full of such warnings. Our Lord
sent Messengers to tell us the Truth – the purpose of our lives in this world;
to guide us how to spend our short lives on the planet Earth; and to warn us
that if we violate His laws, we’ll be punished.
The Quran says:
“Say: ‘Who can keep you safe by night and by
“Say: ‘Who can keep you safe by night and by
day from (the Wrath
of) (Allah) Most Gracious?’
Yet they turn away
from the mention of their Lord.
Or have they gods
that can guard them from Us?
They have no power to
aid themselves,
nor can they be
defended from Us.”
(al-Quran 21:42-43
The Bible says:
“If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and
is withered; and men gather them, and cast (them) into the fire, and they are
burned.”
Allah is the Supreme Creator. He created us; created all
living things; He created whatever is in the heavens, on earth and in between. Everything
belongs to Him and will revert to Him in the End. Man is living the illusion
that he has power over other people and can do anything (good or harmful)
without accountability. Man behaves as if he is going to live for ever on this
earth. He acts like a king – a tyrant – and forgets that he is just a beggar
and his existence depends on God’s mercy Who blesses him with food, water, air
and good health. The cruelty of man knows no bounds. He is converting this
Heaven-like world into an unbearable Hell. He is spreading corruption,
injustice, death and destruction. He thinks that he’ll get away with it. And when
he is reminded of the Almighty’s warnings or punishment, he arrogantly rejects
them. He does not believe that he will be answering question in a Higher Court
of Justice.
The Quran says:
“If only the Unbelievers knew (the time) when
“If only the Unbelievers knew (the time) when
they will not be able
to ward off the fire from
their faces, nor yet
from their backs, and
(when) no help can
reach them! Nay, it may
come to them all of a
sudden and confound
them. No power will they
have then to avert
it, nor will they
(then) get respite.”
(al-Quran 21:39-40)
The Bible says:
“And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious
rebukes; and they shall know that I (am) the Lord, when I shall lay my
vengeance upon them.”
Every good thing we enjoy and every bad thing from which we
suffer in this world is temporary. Nothing is going to last forever. Both good
and bad things happening to us are our tests and trials. Eventually we are
going to end up in dust. The wise people understand it and try to prepare for
the next life. They promote good and forbid evil. They know that one day in the
Higher Court of Justice, they will be questioned and will be paid the wages of
their sins. Only the doers of good will succeed.
The Quran says:
“Nay, We gave the good things of this life to these
“Nay, We gave the good things of this life to these
men and their fathers
until the period grew long for
them. See they not
that We gradually reduce the
land (in their
control) from its outlying borders?
Is it then they who
will win?”
(al-Quran 21:44)
“We shall set up scales of justice for the Day of
Judgment, so that not
a soul will be dealt with
unjustly in the
least, and if there be (no more than)
the weight of a
mustard seed, We will bring it (to
account): and enough
are We to take account.”
(al-Quran 21:47)
The Bible says:
“The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations,
and to reserve the unjust unto the Day of Judgment to be punished.”
Man can be saved from the Fire only through obedience to God
– only by unconditional submission or surrender to the Will of God. There is no
other way!
The Quran says:
“Nay, whoever submits
his whole self to
Allah and is a doer
of good, he will get his
reward with his Lord;
on such shall be no
fear, nor shall they
grieve.”
(al-Quran 2:112)
Today, from Burma
to Bosnia, from Palestine to Kashmir, from Iraq
to Syria, From Libya to Afghanistan, we
see only disaster, death and destruction. Cruel man is trying to play god on
earth but bringing only chaos and misery to the believers. The righteous people
are suffering at the hands of evil psychopaths – the warmongers. Allah asks us:
“And who is more
unjust than he who forbids
that in places for
the worship Allah’s name
should be celebrated?
Whose zeal is (in fact)
to ruin them? It was
not fitting that such should
themselves enter them
except in fear. For them
there is nothing but
disgrace in this world, and
in the world to come,
an exceeding torment.”
(al-Quran 2:114)
“… and fear Allah,
for Allah
is swift in taking
account.”
(al-Quran 5:4)
The Western champions of peace, liberty, democracy, free
speech and human rights are the ones who are violating all those rights of the
people. They have become the bullies and the tyrants of the world trying to
subjugate the nations of the world for economic and political hegemony. Their
mission is based on lies, deception, fabricated events, collusion, conspiracy
and propaganda on the corrupt media. They are promoting Zionism and the
Zionists want total control of the world. They don’t want to hear the name of
God; they don’t hear the cries for justice; and they don’t hear the screams of
the dying innocent children and adults. They have no fear of God.
The Quran says:
“And fear Allah, and
know that Allah
is strict in
punishment.”
(al-Quran 2:196)
“But fear Allah, and
know that Allah is
with those who
restrain themselves.”
(al-Quran 2:194)
“When it is said to
him, ‘fear Allah’, he is led
by arrogance to
(more) crime. Enough for him
is Hell - an evil bed
indeed (to lie on)!”
(al-Quran 2:206)
“… And fear Allah,
and know that Allah
is well acquainted
with all things.”
(al-Quran 2:231)
The Bible says:
“And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to
kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body
in hell.”
The Quran says:
“… But fear Allah,
and know that Allah
sees well what you
do.”
(al-Quran 2:233)
“O you who believe!
Fear Allah as He should be
feared, and die not
except in the state of Islam.”
(al-Quran 3:102)
The Bible says:
“But I will forewarn you whom you shall fear: Fear Him,
which after He has killed has power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you,
Fear Him.”
And here’s the solution recommended by Allah, the Almighty,
who is so merciful and full of blessings for mankind:
“O you who believe!
Persevere in patience and
constancy; vie in
such perseverance; strengthen
each other; and fear
Allah, that you may prosper.”
(al-Quran 3:200)
“Help one another in
righteousness and piety,
but help not one
another in sin and rancor!
Fear Allah, for Allah
is strict in punishment!”
(al-Quran 5:2)
