A KUWAITI WOMAN DEMANDS SEX SLAVES

O Muslim Woman!
What Do You Stand For?

A Kuwaiti Woman Asks For
Importing ‘Sex Slaves’

(By: M. Javed Naseem)

“When they do aught that is shameful, they say:
‘We found our fathers doing so’; and ‘Allah
commanded us thus’. Say: Nay, Allah never
commands what is shameful; do you say of Allah
what you know not?"
(al-Quran 7:28)

The subject of this post is an excerpt from the Daily Mail which is old news but it shows the new trend among the ultra-modern women of the Bedouin culture and the conservative Arab society. Some of these women are going crazy with the newly-discovered ‘freedom’ and don’t even know what to do with it.

“Those who love (to see) scandal published/broadcast
(or slander spread) among the believers, will have a
grievous penalty in this life and in the Hereafter.
Allah knows, and you know not.”
(al-Quran 24:19).

It has become a fashion to talk against God and, in Muslim countries particularly, talk against Islam, Shariah, Islamic Laws, Islamic education or even religion. The “Devil’s Disciples” or the atheist elements are spending lots of money to brain-wash the younger generations of Muslims. They buy media to make their job easier. They also buy or hire politicians, activists, scholars, teachers, journalists and bureaucrats in so-called Muslim countries to promote secularism, atheism and anti-Islam rhetoric. And those who are far from the Quran and Islam, they fall.

“The curse of Allah is on evil-doers.”
(al-Quran 7:44)

Help not one another unto sin and transgression, but keep
your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is severe in punishment.”
(al-Quran 5:2)

The Devil’s Disciples often use women – the modern women in Muslim countries. These women come up with the most ridiculous ideas and insane propositions. Since they don’t have any proper Islamic education, they don’t understand Islam. They talk of freedom, especially sexual freedom. They fear Islam and see it as a danger to their existence. They forget that vulgarity, nudity, adultery and animal behavior is forbidden even in Christianity and Judaism. There are codes of conduct and ethics and only these codes can stop humans from becoming animals.

It is also very common in Muslim countries to blame other nations or countries for their moral and educational plight. Your moral deterioration is your own fault. Foreign powers may have political and economic interests but nobody can force you to change your character or good habits individually.

It’s funny and ridiculous at the same time that all protests in the West or the East are directed solely against Islam – as if a common authority is controlling and conducting them. No matter what part of the world you go, you’ll find these kinds of protests promoting the same agenda. Coincidence? Not at all.

Years ago, I saw a small demonstration in Lahore (on the Mall) in front of the High Court building. It was Benazir Bhutto’s era and one of her personal female friends had led the protest which was also supported by a group of lawyers belonging to PPP. These women were protesting against ‘Islamic Laws’ or ‘Shariah’ that was demanded by the masses in Pakistan.
Respect us? But why don't you respect yourselves first?
Another woman has gone too far in Bangladesh. She ordered the killing of many workers/activists of ‘Jamaat-i-Islami’. People promoting Islam were labeled ‘faithful to Pakistan’ and were charged under ‘treason’. Some of them were hanged after the corrupt courts delivered the death sentences.

Kuwait is just a ‘baby’ in that respect. They don’t have any history or heritage of revolutionary or ideological movements. They did not have education but they did have ‘oil money’. And that went through the heads of the rich. Their women are getting out of control as they have learnt recently some song of freedom and they are chanting it all over.

Women in the UAE (Emirates) and Saudi Arabia are not far behind. ‘Emarati’ (UAE) women are on the fast track as they are very busy with the ‘night life’ of the city. But there are some funny rules (or laws?) in place there. For example, a girl with ‘Hijab’ or a scarf cannot enter a Night Club. She has to remove it (and they do it happily). Life is ‘good’ there, especially for the girls from Lebanon, Morocco, the Philippines, Bosnia, Egypt, etc.

In many Muslim countries there are scholars who say that ‘music’ is ‘Haraam’, still there are female dancers, singers and women’s orchestra entertaining the male audience. These countries are ruled and controlled by hypocrites ('Munafiqeen').

Now, let’s get back to the ‘Daily Mail’ report and ponder upon it for a while. This one came from the mouth of a woman. The next demand may come from a rich male member of the ‘Majlis’ (or the parliament) and it would be granted (because all can benefit from it). Subhan-Allah!

Men should be allowed sex slaves and female prisoners could do the job - and all this from a WOMAN politician from Kuwait

By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

A Kuwaiti woman who once ran for parliament has called for sex slavery to be legalized - and suggested that non-Muslim prisoners from war-torn countries would make suitable concubines.
Salwa al-Mutairi argued buying a sex-slave would protect decent, devout and 'virile' Kuwaiti men from adultery because buying an imported sex partner would be tantamount to marriage.
And she even had an idea of where to 'purchase' these sex-salves - browsing through female prisoners of war in other countries.

The political activist and TV host even suggested that it would be a better life for women in warring countries as the might die of starvation.
Mutairi claimed: 'There was no shame in it and it is not “haraam” (forbidden) under Islamic Sharia law.'

She gave the example of Haroun al-Rashid, an 8th century Muslim leader who ruled over an area covered by modern-day Iran, Iraq and Syria and was rumored to have 2,000 concubines.

Mutairi recommended that offices could be opened to run the sex trade in the same way that recruitment agencies provide housemaids.

She suggested shopping for prisoners of war so as to protect Kuwaiti men from being tempted to commit adultery or being seduced by other women's beauty.
'For example, in the Chechnya war, surely there are female Russian captives,' she said.
'So go and buy those and sell them here in Kuwait. Better than to have our men engage in forbidden sexual relations.'
Her unbelievable argument for her plan was that ‘captives’ might 'just die of hunger over there'.
She insisted, 'I don’t see any problem in this, no problem at all'.
In an attempt to consider the woman's feelings in the arrangement, Mutairi conceded that the enslaved women, however, should be at least 15.

The law in those countries protects them. Why do then they fear Islam? Because they want to do the same thing in Muslim countries but cannot.
Mutairi says female war prisoners could be bought and kept as sex slaves. She said that free women must
be married with a contract but with concubines 'the man just buys her and that’s it. That’s enough to serve as marriage.'
Her remarks, made in a video posted on YouTube last month and carried by newspapers in the Gulf states in recent days, have sparked outrage in cyber-space from fellow Kuwaitis and others in the wider region.
'Wonder how Salwa al Mutairi would’ve felt if during the occupation (of Kuwait) by Iraqi forces, she was sold as ‘war booty’ as she advocates for Chechen women,' tweeted Mona Eltahawy.

Another tweeter, Shireen Qudosi, told Mutairi 'you’re a disgrace to women everywhere'.
For Muna Khan, an editor at the Saudi-owned Al Arabiya television station, the 'icing on the cake' of Mutairi’s 'preposterous views' was her assertion that her suggestions do not conflict with the tenets of Islam.

Mutairi said that during a recent visit to Mecca, she asked Saudi muftis – Muslim religious scholars – what the Islamic ruling was on owning sex slaves. They are said to have told her that it is not ‘haraam’.
The ruling was confirmed by 'specialized people of the faith' in Kuwait, she claimed.
'They said, that’s right, the only solution for a decent man who has the means, who is overpowered by desire and who does not want to commit fornication, is to acquire ‘jawari.' Jawari is the plural of the Arabic term ‘jariya’, meaning 'concubine' or 'sex slave'.

One Saudi mufti supposedly told Mutairi: 'The context must be that of a Muslim nation conquering a non-Muslim nation, so these ‘jawari’ have to be prisoners of war.'

Concubines, she argued, would suit Muslim men who fear being 'seduced or tempted into immoral behavior by the beauty of their female servants'.

THE FIRST CHARTER OF HUMAN RIGHTS

The Last Hajj Sermon
The 1st Charter of Human Rights

(M. Javed Naseem)

Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.)’s last sermon (Khutbah) at the Farewell Hajj (Hajjat-ul Wadaa), delivered at Arafat in the year 632 A.D., was the first recorded Declaration (or Charter) of Human Rights of this planet Earth.

Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.) undertook his farewell pilgrimage in the year 10 A.H. It was the first and the last pilgrimage made by Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.). Thousands of people from far and near joined the gathering (as per one estimate: 114,000) because this pilgrimage served as a model to perform the fifth pillar of the Faith – Hajj. Every Muslim wanted to see how Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.) performed the rituals; and the faithful have been emulating him since then.

This sermon was not only a reminder to his followers (Muslims), but also an important admonition for the nations of the world. The final sermon confirmed the end of his Prophetic Mission. It was the year 10 A.H. of the Islamic Calendar which is considered as one of the most significant years in Islamic history for three reasons:

Firstly, this was the year when the Prophet (s.a.w.) delivered his Last Sermon during his ‘farewell’ pilgrimage to Mecca.
Secondly, this was the year when number of local and foreign deputations came to the Prophet (s.a.w.) and embraced Islam along with their tribes.
Thirdly, it was the ‘golden period’ of Islam as this ‘Deen’ of  Allah started flourishing and taking its roots even outside Arabia because multitudes of people overseas joined the Islamic community by converting to Islam after accepting the message of the Prophet (s.a.w.).

Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.)’s final sermon was delivered during the Hajj of the year
632 C.E. (10 Hijra) , on the 9th day of Dhul Hijjah, the 12th month of the lunar year, at Arafat.

Five days before Dhul Hijjah, the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) put on Ahram, the pilgrim’s garb, and set out to Makkah with more than 100,000 Muslims. All his wives accompanied him. As he rode, he recited "Labbaik! Allahumma Labbaik! Labbaika Laa shareeka Lak, Innal Hamda wan niamata laka wal mulk, la shareeka lak", signifying: "Here I am at Your service; here I am, O’ Lord! Here I am to declare that there is no partner with You. All praise and blessings belong to You and all sovereignty is Yours. I am here at Your service, and You have no partner, O’ Allah!"
As the Holy Prophet recited the above call, all his Companions repeated the same loudly.
Throughout the route, big and small groups of people (pilgrims) kept joining the entourage as the word had already spread that the Prophet (s.a.w.) was going to Makkah to perform Hajj, for the first and the last time.

The Prophet (s.a.w.) reached Makkah on the 5th of Dhul Hijjah. He circled around Kaabah seven times (performing Tawaf), offered two Rakaats of prayer at ‘Maqam-e-Ibrahim’ (Abraham’s place). While climbing the Mount of Safa, he declared, "There is no God but Allah. He has no partner. All sovereignty and praise belong to Him. He gives life and brings death. He is All-Powerful and Supreme over everything."
On the 8th of Dhul Hijjah, the Prophet (s.a.w.) left with his companions for Mina and spent the night there, and on the 9th, after the Fajr (dawn) prayer, He proceeded to Plains of Arafat where he delivered the famous sermon, known as the ‘Last Sermon (Khutbah) of Farewell Hajj’.

The ‘last sermon’ of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) is not only remarkable for its eloquence, but it contains a sublime message for the entire human race. It was a declaration of Human Rights and moral values, a charter of Women’s Rights. The world has not been able to lay down better principles of ethics and morality than those enunciated in it. Every word of it breathes a spirit of magnanimity and aims at establishing righteousness, justice and fair dealing among men on a workable basis. It establishes brotherhood among Muslims irrespective of the divergence of their geographical, racial and color backgrounds, and provides an outline of a social order, perfectly free from oppression and social injustice. It was the declaration of finality of the Holy Messenger’s Prophet-hood. It was at that point that Allah also declared that at that particular day, HE had perfected this ‘Deen’ called Islam, thus leaving no room for any changes or alterations.

But man happens to be wicked and corrupt. He takes the bait from Shaitan (Devil) quickly and plays the fool at his hands, forgetting God. He corrupted the Scriptures and altered/edited the Divine Message of every prophet or messenger of God, to suit his own comfortable worldly life. So, he altered the text of this sermon of the Prophet (s.a.w.) too, despite the fact that there were more than 100,000 (as per one narration: 114,000) people listening as ‘eye witnesses’ to this historic event.

There are three different versions of the last sermon of the Prophet (s.a.w.) in the books and on the internet. If one is authentic and correct, then the remaining two are not authentic! What does it say? It says: Shame on you Muslims, you are not even capable of safeguarding and preserving your heritage!

Here’s the text of the Final Sermon! I am just hoping and praying to Allah that I made the right selection, In-sha-Allah. Allah knows best.

"All praise is due to Allah, so we praise Him, and seek His pardon and we turn to Him. We seek refuge with Allah from the evils of ourselves and from the evil consequences of our deeds. Whom Allah guides aright there is none to lead him astray; and there is none to guide him aright whom Allah leaves astray. I bear witness that there is no God but Allah, the One, having no partner with Him. His is the sovereignty and to Him is due all praise. He grants life and causes death and is Powerful over everything. There is no God but Allah, the One; He fulfilled His promise and granted victory to His bondsmen, and He alone routed the confederates (enemies of Islam)”.
“O People! Listen to my words carefully, for I do not know whether we shall ever meet again and perform Hajj after this year”.
"O You people! Allah says: 'O people! We created you from one male and one female and made you into tribes and nations, so as to be known to one another.' Verily, in the sight of Allah, the most honored among you is the one who is most pious (God-fearing). There is no superiority for an Arab over a non-Arab and for a non-Arab over an Arab; nor for the white over the black nor for the black over the white except in righteousness (God-consciousness)."

“All mankind is the progeny of Adam and Adam was fashioned out of clay. Behold! Every claim of privilege, whether that of blood or property, is under my heels except that of the custody of the Kaabah and supplying of water to the pilgrims”.
“O people of Quraish! Don’t appear (on the Day of Judgment) with the burden of this world around your necks, whereas other people may appear (before the Lord) with the rewards of the hereafter. In that case I shall avail you naught against Allah”.

“Behold! All practices of the days of ignorance are now under my feet. The blood revenges of the days of ignorance are remitted. The first claim on blood I abolish is that of Ibn Rabiah bin Harith who was nursed in the tribe of Saad and whom the Hudhayls killed”.
“All interest and usurious dues accruing from the times of ignorance stand wiped out. And the first amount of interest that I remit is that which Abbas ibn Abd-al Muttalib had to receive. Verily it is remitted entirely”.

“O people! Verily your blood, your property and your honor are sacred and inviolable until you appear before your Lord, as the sacred inviolability of this day of yours, this month of yours and this very town (of yours). Verily, you will soon meet your Lord and you will be held answerable for your actions”.

“O people! Verily you have got certain rights over your women and your women have certain rights over you. It is your right upon them to honor their conjugal rights, and not to commit acts of impropriety, which if they do, you are authorized by Allah to separate them from your beds and chastise them, but not severely, and if they refrain, then clothe and feed them properly”.
“Behold! It is not permissible for a woman to give anything from the wealth of her husband to anyone but with his consent”.
“Treat women kindly, since they are your helpers and not in a position to manage their affairs themselves! Fear Allah concerning women, for verily, you have taken them on the security of Allah and have made their persons lawful unto you by words of Allah”.
“O people! Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, has ordained to every one his due share (of inheritance). Hence there is no need (of special) testament for an heir (departing from the rules laid down by the Shariah)”.
“He who attributes his ancestry to other than his father or claims his clientship to other than his master, the curse of Allah is upon him”.

“All debts must be repaid, all borrowed property must be returned, gifts should be reciprocated and a surety must make good the loss to the assured”.

“Beware! No one committing a crime is responsible for it but himself. Neither the child is responsible for the crime of his father, nor the father is responsible for the crime of his child”.
“Nothing of his brother is lawful for a Muslim except what he himself gives willingly. So do not wrong yourselves”.

“O People! Every Muslim is the brother of every other Muslim, and all the Muslims form one brotherhood. And as for your slaves, see that you feed them with such food as you eat yourselves, and clothe them with the clothes that you yourselves wear”.
“Take heed not to go astray after me and strike one another’s necks. He who (among you) has any trust with him, he must return it to its owner”.

“O people! Listen and obey, though a mangled Abyssinian slave is appointed your Ameer, provided he executes (the Ordinance of) the Book of Allah among you”.

“O people! No Prophet would be raised after me and no new Ummah (would be formed) after you”.

“Verily, I have left among you that which will never lead you astray, the Book of Allah, which if you hold fast, you shall never go astray”.

“And beware of transgressing the limits set in the matters of religion, for it is transgression of (the proper bounds of) religion that brought destruction to many people before you”.
“Verily, the Satan is disappointed at ever being worshiped in this land of yours, but he will be pleased by obedience in anything (short of worship that is) in matters you may be disposed to think insignificant, so beware of him in your matters of religion”.

“Behold! Worship your Lord; offer prayers five times a day; observe fast in the month of Ramadan; pay readily the Zakat (poor-due) on your property; and perform pilgrimage to the House of God and obey your rulers and you will be admitted to the Paradise of your Lord”.

“Let him that is present, convey it unto him who is absent, for many people to whom the message is conveyed may be more mindful of it than this audience”.

Then he asked the audience: “And if you were asked about me, what would you say?"
They answered: "We bear witness that you have conveyed the trust (of religion) and discharged your ministry of Prophet-hood and looked to our welfare."

Thereupon, Allah’s Messenger (s.a.w.) lifted his forefinger towards the sky and then pointing towards people said:
"O Lord! Bear You witness unto it".
"O Lord! Bear You witness unto it".

LOOKING FOR ALLAH?

Looking For Allah?
Don’t Look Outside! Look Within!
He Lives In Your Clean Heart

(By: M. Javed Naseem)

He’s closer to you than you think:

وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلإِنسَانَ وَنَعْلَمُ مَا تُوَسْوِسُ بِهِ نَفْسُهُ
وَنَحْنُ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ حَبْلِ ٱلْوَرِيدِ
“We certainly created man and We know
what his soul whispers to him; and We are
nearer to him than his jugular vein.
(Al-Quran 50:16)

Listen to Him for Mercy!

“When the Quran is read, listen to it with attention,
and hold your peace that you may receive Mercy.”
(al-Quran 7:204)

Glorify Him in worship!

“Those who are near to your Lord, disdain not to
do Him worship. They celebrate His praises,
and prostrate before Him.”
(al-Quran 7:206)

He’s always near, ready to answer:

“To the Thamud people (We sent) Salih, one of their own
brethren. He said: "O my people! Worship Allah! You have
no other god but Him. It is He Who has produced you from
the earth and settled you therein; then ask forgiveness of Him,
and turn to Him (in repentance), for my Lord is (always)
near, ready to answer."
(al-Quran 11:61)

Is the Quran not sufficient for you?

“And is it not enough for them that We have
sent down to you the Book which is rehearsed
to them? Verily, in it is Mercy and a Reminder
to those who believe.”
(al-Quran 29:51)

Serve Him alone and enjoy the world!

“O My servants who believe! Truly, spacious is My
Earth. Therefore, serve you Me - (and Me alone)!”
(al-Quran 29:56)

He’s ever near, and hears all things:

قُلْ إِن ضَلَلْتُ فَإِنَّمَآ أَضِلُّ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِى وَإِنِ
ٱهْتَدَيْتُ فَبِمَا يُوحِى إِلَىَّ رَبِّى إِنَّهُ سَمِيعٌ قَرِيبٌ
“Say: If I am astray, I only stray to the loss of my
own soul; but if I receive guidance, it is because
of the inspiration of my Lord to me. It is He Who
hears all things, and is (ever) near."
(al-Quran 34:50)

How to get closer to Him?

“It is not your wealth nor your sons that will bring
you nearer to Us in degree; but only those who believe
and work righteousness - these are the ones for whom
there is a multiplied Reward for their deeds, while
secure they (reside) in the dwellings on high!”
(al-Quran 34:37)

Trade with Him for all profits, no losses!

“Those who rehearse the Book of Allah, establish
regular prayer, and spend (in charity) out of what
We have provided for them, secretly and openly,
hope for a commerce that will never fail.”
(al-Quran 35:29)

He’s nearer to you if you could only see!

“Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul
of the dying man) reaches the throat, and you the
while (sit) looking on? But We are nearer to him
than you, and yet (you) see not!”
(al-Quran 56:83-85)

Want to get closer to Him? No pain, no gain!

“Or do you think that you shall enter the Garden
(of Bliss) without such (trials) as came to those
who passed away before you? They encountered
suffering and adversity; and were so shaken in
spirit that even the Messenger and those of faith
who were with him cried: ‘When (will come) the
help of Allah?’ Ah! Verily, the help of Allah
is (always) near!”
(al-Quran 2:214)

World is a game; the Hereafter is the real life!

“Say: Short is the enjoyment of this world. The
Hereafter is the best for those who do right. Never
will you be dealt with unjustly in the very least!”
(al-Quran 4:77)

Hold firmly to Him, you’ll be guided!

“And how would you deny Faith while unto you
are rehearsed the Signs of Allah, and among you
lives the Messenger? Whoever holds firmly to
Allah, will be shown a way that is straight.”
(al-Quran 3:101)
