ISLAM: THE ONLY WAY OUT

THE ROPE OF ALLAH:

Success And Strength Is In The Unity
Hold Tightly The Rope of Allah!
Fear Allah And Seek His Forgiveness!
Islam Is The Only Way Out

(By: M. Javed Naseem)

“And hold fast, all together, by the rope of Allah (that He
stretches out for you), and be not divided among yourselves.”
(al-Quran 3:103)

United We Stand,
Divided We Fall!

Unity of Hearts:
“It is through unity, through the unity of hearts, and
through the brotherhood and friendship of people
that true Sufism and true Islam are expressed.”
― Shems Friendlander

Deep Sense of Unity:
“The great majority of us are Muslims. We follow the teachings
of the Prophet Mohammed (may peace be upon him). We are
members of the brotherhood of Islam in which all are equal in
rights, dignity and self-respect. Consequently, we have a special
and a very deep sense of unity. But make no mistake:
Pakistan is not a theocracy or anything like it.”
Muhammad Ali Jinnah
(Broadcast talk to the people of Australia, recorded on 19th February, 1948.)

Pakistan was created in the name of Allah and Islam as a homeland for the Muslims of South Asia. It is a symbol of Islam in the region and it is going to stay. The forces of evil cannot tolerate such a thing and take it as a challenge upon themselves to get rid of it. They are trying their best to dismember Pakistan into many lands – land for the Pashtoons, land for the Balochis, land for the Sindhis and the remaining part for Punjabis (which they can call Pakistan, if they so desire). The campaign is more than half-a-century old and a huge amount of foreign money and arms/ammunition is being dumped in there. As a result, there is sabotage, bloodshed, explosions, etc. But the Pakistan Army is fully aware of the situation on the ground. Pakistan is going to stay, no matter what the price! The nation is determined to protect its sovereignty.

“There is no power on earth that can undo
Pakistan.”  – Mohammad Ali Jinnah
(Speech at a mammoth rally at the University Stadium, Lahore, 30th October, 1947)

(Quaid-i-Azam’s address on the opening of the State Bank of Pakistan on July 1, 1948)

Islamic Democracy,
Islamic Social Justice:
“You have to stand guard over the development and
maintenance of Islamic democracy, Islamic social justice
and the equality of mankind in your own native soil.”
– Mohammad Ali Jinnah

Balochistan is sick. It has cancer and the cancer can only be removed by operation. The infection must be removed and the body must be disinfected. I wonder why it’s taking so long? May be the ‘doctors’ (the surgeons) are not ready yet! In the meantime, there is the risk of infection to spread over.

There are elements, both domestic and foreign, that are fanning the difference of opinions among the nation on the basis of regionalism, provincialism, religious sectarianism and secularism. They are not friends of Pakistan.

“We are now all Pakistanis – not Balochis, Pathans, Sindhis,
Bengalis, Punjabis and so on – and as Pakistanis, we must
feel, behave and act; and we should be proud to be
known as Pakistanis and nothing else.”
--- Muhammad Ali Jinnah
(Civic address at Quetta Municipality on 15th June, 1948)

There are already some germs busy infecting the other parts of the ‘green’ body to turn it brown or black. They need to be eliminated before it is too late. There is no harm in comparing Pakistan with other countries and discussing the positives and the negatives. Such discussions encourage improvements. But unity, faith and strict discipline are the basic requirements for a state to develop. The Pakistan ideology, which is an Islamic ideology, must be preserved at all costs.

Pakistan Means ‘Muslim Ideology’:
Pakistan not only means freedom and independence
but the Muslim Ideology which has to be preserved,
which has come to us as a precious gift and treasure
and which, we hope others will share with us.”
--- Muhammad Ali Jinnah

People who have no knowledge how Pakistan was created and how many Muslims were butchered by the Fascist Hindus, look up to the West and East (India) to improve things in Pakistan. Wake up, people! Help yourselves! You have no friends. What an irony of double-standards! On one side, these forces of Zionism are trying to destroy the homeland of Muslims while on the other side, they are trying to reinforce the homeland for the Jews which they created on the land of Muslim Palestine. When we observe what they did in Palestine, Sudan, Somalia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Yemen, Iraq, Libya, Egypt, Afghanistan and Syria, it becomes very clear what their ‘agenda’ is and how desperate they are to achieve that objective.

Islam – The Best Guarantee of Human Rights:
“Muhammad introduced the concept of such Glorious
and Omnipotent God in Whose eyes all worldly systems
are pieces of straw. Islamic equality of mankind is no
fiction as it is in Christianity. No human mind has ever
thought of such total freedom as established by Muhammad.”
-– Dr. Mawde Royden

There you go! That’s the role-model – Muhammad (s.a.w.), his charter of human rights  and his system of government.

For a Muslim, Allah’s is the only protection against any and every trouble (‘fitnah’) in this world – whether it’s aggression, attack, invasion of their land or invasion of their culture, education and Faith. A sincere and faithful believer should feel the strength of his Faith. He fears Allah, therefore, no other fear or grief can bother him. If our Faith does not give us strength against the aggression of the unbelievers, and we feel fear and worry, that’s the proof that our trust in Allah is not total. It lacks sincerity, loyalty and conviction. The only way to acquire these qualities, is to remember Allah as much as possible; don’t get influenced by the forces of evil working for unbelievers to undermine your Faith and discredit Islam. We should stay focused and united so that our strength and power remains intact. We are often commanded by Allah in the Quran to patiently persevere. That’s the key to success!
“O you who believe! Seek help with patient perseverance
and prayer; for Allah is with those who patiently persevere.”
(al-Quran 2:153)

“O you who believe! When you meet a force, be firm,
and call Allah in remembrance much (and often); that
you may prosper. And obey Allah and His Messenger;
and fall into no disputes, lest you lose heart and your
power depart; and be patient and persevering.
For Allah is with those who patiently persevere”
(al-Quran 8:45-46)

If we imitate or copy the unbelievers, we’ll become just like them. And that’s exactly what Shaitan (Devil) wants us to be – ignore Allah’s signs and go astray. There is a very simple reason for that. Allah has cursed Shaitan for his arrogance and disobedience; and has prescribed Hellfire for him as the final abode. But Shaitan does not want to go to Hell alone. He tries to entice as many believers as possible by misleading them so that they also land in Hell along with him. That’ll be his biggest success. Our only defense against that danger is the remembrance of Allah. We should not copy or follow the unbelievers.

"(Deeds) after the manner of the people of Pharaoh and
of those before them: They rejected the Signs of Allah,
and Allah punished them for their crimes, for
Allah is Strong, and Strict in punishment.”
(al-Quran 8:52)

“O you who believe! Fear Allah as He should be feared,
and die not except in a state of Islam.”
(al-Quran 3:102)

Union is strength! To succeed in this world as a community or a nation (‘Ummah’), we need to get united and stay away from sectarianism. We should discard those so called ‘scholars’ (‘ulema’) who preach sectarianism because they are working for the Zionists. They are getting paid for creating disunity among Muslims. They have an agenda. We should know that disunity means weakness. United we stand, divided we fall. We would become an easy prey for the seekers of “divide and rule”.

“And hold fast, all together, by the rope of Allah (that He
stretches out for you), and be not divided among yourselves;
and remember with gratitude Allah's favor on you; for you
were enemies and He joined your hearts in love, so that by
His Grace, you became brethren; and you were on the brink
of the pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah
make His signs clear to you, that you may be guided.”
(al-Quran 3:103)

Allah has blessed the believers, therefore, there would always be a group of them who are out there, despite all odds, reminding Muslims of Allah’s commands. They are Allah’s favorite people.
“Let there arise out of you a group of people inviting
to all that is good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding
what is wrong. They are the ones who are successful.”
(al-Quran 3:104)

We all make mistakes because we are human beings. It’s but natural. On the other hand, Allah is infinite Mercy, full of compassion and forgiveness. Every time we repent, ask for His forgiveness, and get back on the straight path, He accepts us with open arms and forgives us. He assures us that He will not waste even an atom’s worth of ‘good deed’ we have performed in our lives here. He’ll reward us for that.

“And their Lord has accepted of them, and answered
them: "Never will I waste the work of any of you, be he
male or female. You are members, one of another. Those
who have left their homes, or been driven out from them,
or suffered harm in My cause, or fought or been slain,
verily, I will blot out from them their iniquities, and
admit them into Gardens with rivers flowing beneath –
A reward from the presence of Allah, and from
His presence is the best of rewards."
(al-Quran 3:195)

Every time we commit an evil act and disobey Allah, He knows it but gives us enough time to correct ourselves and change the course. He sends us warning signs. It’s up to us to take heed as we cannot afford to ignore them.

“Say: ‘If any men go astray, (Allah) Most Gracious
extends (the rope) to them, until, when they see the
warning of Allah (being fulfilled) - either in
punishment or in (the approach of) the Hour - they
will at length realize who is the worst in position,
and (who) the weakest in forces!”
(al-Quran 19:75)

Generally, Muslims complain that unbelievers are having comfortable and happy lives while Muslims are suffering. There are two things about it that we should not forget. First, ‘good life’ and ‘hard life’ both come from Allah and they are tests (trials) for Muslims as well as unbelievers.
Second, if we want good life (of unbelievers), Allah can give us that too, but then we would have no share in the Hereafter. And we should know what that means!

“Let not the strutting about of the Unbelievers
through the land deceive you! Little is it for enjoyment.
Their ultimate abode is Hell, what an evil bed (to lie on)!”
(al-Quran 3:196-97)

“So, by your Lord, without doubt, We shall gather them
together, and (also) the Evil Ones (Devils) with them; then
shall We bring them forth on their knees round about Hell.
Then shall We certainly drag out from every sect all those
who were worst in obstinate rebellion against (Allah),
the Most Gracious. And certainly We know best those
who are most worthy of being burned therein.
(al-Quran 19:68-70)

It is very difficult to keep the balance between ‘good’ and ‘evil’ in our lives in this world which is full of temptation. It is very easy to get carried away. Resisting the temptation and staying away from forbidden pleasures is the biggest challenge we face. It’s like a balancing act when you are walking on a rope. One wrong move and you fall.

“Not one of you but will pass over it. This is, with
your Lord, a Decree which must be accomplished.
But We shall save those who guarded against evil,
and We shall leave the wrong-doers therein,
(humbled) to their knees.”
(al-Quran 19:71-72)

The only thing that matters here in this world, and is counted towards the reward in the Hereafter, is the ‘good deed’. Nothing else can save us!

"And Allah does advance in guidance those who
seek guidance; and the things that endure, Good
Deeds are best in the sight of your Lord, as rewards,
and best in respect of (their) eventual return."
(al-Quran 19:76)

Imagine all those corrupt rulers of Muslim countries who have subjected Muslims unjustly with the help of unbelievers! It is like ignoring Allah and His sovereignty, and submitting to the Zionist hegemony for a couple of years of ‘good’ life. They are the friends of Shaitan. If they don’t repent and rectify the situation, they will burn along with Shaitan in Hell. On the Day of Judgment, Shaitan (and his troops) would raise his hands and take no responsibility of them. Instead, he would be a witness against them.

“And they have taken (for worship) gods other than
Allah, to give them power and glory! Instead, they shall
reject their worship, and become adversaries against them.”
(al-Quran 19:81-82)

“See you not that We have set the Evil Ones (Devils)
on against the unbelievers, to incite them with fury?
So make no haste against them, for We but count out
to them a (limited) number (of days). The day We shall
gather the righteous to (Allah) Most Gracious, like a band
presented before a king for honors. And We shall drive the
sinners to Hell, like thirsty cattle driven down to water.”
(al-Quran 19:83-86)

There you see the difference between the ‘good’ and ‘evil’ – their final abode, Paradise or Hell. Shaitan and his friends (or followers) would be the eternal ‘losers’. The evil-doers will blame Shaitan and Shaitan will blame them for their own demise. What an irony!
Shaitan would say: I am free of you! I did not force you to worship/follow me or anything else. I, myself, fear Allah.
“And the Devil will say when the matter is decided:
"It was Allah Who gave you a promise of Truth. I too
promised, but I failed in my promise to you. I had
no authority over you except to call you but you listened
to me. So blame not me, but blame your own souls.
I cannot listen to your cries, nor can you listen to mine.
I reject your former act in associating me with Allah.
For wrong-doers there must be a grievous penalty."
(al-Quran 14:22).

“And on the Day that the unbelievers will be placed
before the Fire, (they will be asked,) "Is this not the Truth?"
They will say: "Yes, by our Lord!" (One will say:) "Then
taste you the penalty because you disbelieved (Truth)!"
(al-Quran 46:34)

The evil-living people cannot be considered ‘successful’ no matter how much wealth they accumulate, how much property they own or how many business/factories they run. If they don’t fear and obey Allah; if they are not honest and sincere; if they don’t help the needy and the less fortunate; and if they are not merciful to others, they are ‘evil’.
“The curse of Allah is on evil-doers.”
(al-Quran 7:44)

And never forget that we need Allah, Allah does not need us! He’s beyond that:

“O you men! It is you that have need of Allah; but Allah
is the One free of all wants, worthy of all praise. If He so
pleased, He could blot you out and bring in a new creation.
And that is not (at all) difficult for Allah.”
(al-Quran 35:15-17)
