Do anything (or everything) against the teachings of Moses and Jesus Christ, and keep claiming to be a good Jew or a Christian, respectively, while calling others (who don’t collaborate) ‘anti-Christ’! That’s how the Fascists and neo-Nazi war-mongers of the modern era operate. They use the same old formula of ‘keep lying to the extent until it stops sounding like a lie, and is accepted as a normal truth’. Lying and deceiving is what corrupt politicians and businessmen are doing for years. They run secret governments within governments and hide behind the laws that protect them.


Such people create fake enemies to start wars and invade other nations. For example, Daesh (IS) was installed and then declared an open enemy and anybody having any sort of contact or connection with them is considered a terrorist – an enemy. But having a secret command conference with Daesh “moderate rebels” in Syria is perfectly fine for some (because they are friends?). The enemies of America are not those who are working against the interests of American people. The enemies of America are those who oppose corrupt bankers or profit-hungry corporations. The enemies of America are those who do not surrender to the Deep State – the secret government; or those who refuse to collaborate in pursuit of a hidden agenda. The media ‘presstitutes’ label them as anti-America, anti-Christ, anti-social or even simply Muslims to be arrested as terrorists.

Senator John McCain (R-Arizona) made a secret trip to a Kurdish-held region in northern Syria last weekend to speak with US military officials, rebel fighters, and leaders in the region. On Wednesday, Julie Tarallo, a spokeswoman for McCain, confirmed that he’d made the trip, calling it a “valuable opportunity to assess dynamic conditions on the ground in Syria and Iraq”.
After McCain left the area, Israel dropped some bombs on the Syrian Arab Army positions in order to give Daesh some respite from the 24/7 government operations. An Israeli warplane conducted an airstrike over the western countryside of Damascus, targeting the Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) positions in the Qalamoun Mountains near the Lebanese border.

A Syrian Army source told Al-Masdar that the Israeli warplane had crossed into Syria after flying over Lebanon’s Arsal Barrens, where both Al-Qaeda and the Islamic State (ISIS) are headquartered in the eastern Beqa’a Governorate.


The Syrian Army source added that the specific location of the attack was in the Jard Nalhleh area of the Qalamoun Mountains.
This is very interesting! The Israelis flew over ISIS and al-Qaeda positions — but saved their bombs for the Syrians. Amazing!

This is not to mention that no less than the defeated Hillary Clinton had a cozy conversation with the “very interesting conversationalist” Vladimir Putin inside his “inner sanctum.”

So, if Russia is really not a threat, what are these people up to?
The answer to that question may require us to go centuries back when Russia, or the people that would be called as Russians today, destroyed the Kingdom of Khazaria.
Nonetheless, Hillary Clinton did not view Putin as the enemy after the Russian government reportedly “donated” a considerable amount in exchange for the approval of its purchase of US uranium assets.
  • For the Russians to buy that Canadian company, it would require the approval of the Obama administration, including Hillary’s State Department, because uranium is a strategically important commodity;
  • Nine shareholders in ‘Uranium-One’ just happened to provide more than $145 million in donations to the Clinton Foundation in the run-up to State Department approval;
  • Some of the donations, including those from the Chairman of Uranium-One, Ian Teler, were kept secret, even though the Clintons promised to disclose all donations;
  • Hillary’s State Department approved the deal;
  • The Russian government now owns 20 percent of U.S. uranium assets.
In short, here was what you might call a radioactive scandal. It included secret donations, the Russian government, foreign financiers, more than $145 million, and Bill and Hillary Clinton. And this was just two chapters of the book.
And yet, one year later, Hillary Clinton has never once been asked about this controversial uranium deal by the national media. It never came up during the many Democratic Party presidential debates; never during any of her media appearances on cable news or network television; never by print journalists who are covering her campaign. We are not the biggest Trump fanatics, but the persistency of the attacks being lodged at his direction is making this divisive president look more anti-establishment than he really is, i.e. he has assured that oil and military arms industry will have their heyday during his term.
Aside from the banking and pharmaceutical sectors, the oil and arms industries are what’s keeping the Khazarian Deep State afloat. By hitting at each other’s actions, are these people just showing us their great acting skills?

US, UK Paid “White Helmets” Help Al-Qaeda
Blocking Water To 5 Million Syrians

The blockade of water from Wadi Barada to 5 million people in Damascus is taking an interesting turn. The U.S. and UK financed White Helmet organization seems to be directly involved in it. This increases the suspicion that the illegal blockade of water to civilians in Damascus is part of a organized campaign under U.S. command. The campaign is designed to block utilities to government held areas as revenge for the liberation of east Aleppo.


But, according to Vanessa Beeley, a peace activist and reporter focusing on the Middle East for 21st Century Wire, the White Helmets are actually an invention of foreign interest groups hoping to destabilize the Syrian government by creating propaganda that supports military intervention by the U.S. and its allies.
According to her report, published on Wednesday, the group focuses its efforts only on areas held by al-Qaida and Jabhat al-Nusra, Syria’s al-Qaida affiliate also known as the Nusra Front. They ignore atrocities carried out by these groups, which are propped up by Western aid and weapons, while creating media-friendly images of victims of Assad’s bombing of rebel-held areas.

وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِى آدَمَ وَحَمَلْنَاهُمْ فِى ٱلْبَرِّ وَٱلْبَحْرِ وَرَزَقْنَاهُمْ
مِّنَ ٱلطَّيِّبَاتِ وَفَضَّلْنَاهُمْ عَلَىٰ كَثِيرٍ مِّمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا تَفْضِيلاً
“We have honored the sons of Adam;
We carry them on the land and sea; gave
them for sustenance good and pure things;
and conferred on them special favors,
above a great part of our creation.”
(al-Quran 17:70)

You are special, very special! Allah Himself created you and you are carrying His Spirit as long as you are alive in this world. Do you ever realize and appreciate that?
Look at yourself! Look at each and every part of your body and try to figure out how it functions! It has marvelous ways of working, highly organized function, amazing technique, incredible energy supply channel, and fantastic immune system. Even after thousands of years the experts are still struggling to uncover the marvels of human brain, body and soul.

وَفِى ٱلأَرْضِ آيَاتٌ لِّلْمُوقِنِينَ وَفِيۤ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَفَلاَ تُبْصِرُونَ
“And in the earth are signs for those
whose faith is sure. And also in yourselves.
Can you then not see?”
(al-Quran 51:20-21)

The experts cannot reach your soul and that’s where the real thing lies.
We generally say that it’s in our heart that we have the connections with our Creator; from there we transmit and receive the messages from the Divine. Allah wants us to observe and learn lessons from His signs in the earth, in us, and pay thanks to Him.
We all make mistakes in life, as we are forgetful, sinful and weak.  We cannot sometimes resist the temptation. The devil is too strong for us but with the help of God we can fight him and escape from his traps. We need to turn to God.

فَأَمَّا مَن تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحاً فَعَسَىٰ أَن يَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُفْلِحِينَ
“But as for him who shall repent and believe, and
do right, he haply may be one of the successful.”
(al-Quran 28:67)


Here is a beautiful story, I read the other day. A speaker was talking to the audience in a seminar. He took a $20 bill and held it up in his hand. He then asked the audience,
‘Who would like to have this $20 bill?’ Many people raised their hands as it was free money. The speaker said, ‘I am going to give this money to one of you but first let me do this.’ He crumpled the currency note, made a small ball of it, and asked, ‘Who still wants it?’ Still many hands were up in the air.
‘Well,’ he replied, ‘what if I do this?’ And he dropped the $20 bill on the ground and started trampling it with his foot. Then he picked it up, all crumpled and dirty; and asked the people:
‘Now, who still wants it?’ Still the hands went up in the air.
‘You see my friends,’ the speaker continued, ‘You have all learned a very good lesson today. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20.’ It is the same with us all.


Many times in life we are dropped, crumpled and trampled in the dirt by the decisions we make or by   the circumstances that come our way. We feel as if we are worthless, down and dirty.  But no matter what has happened, or what will happen, you will never lose your value. You are YOU – special, very special, very valuable! And don’t ever forget that in life!
Whether we realize it or not, everyone we know in life is very special, even the people who really make you mad sometimes. They all cared about you at some point – and that needs to be appreciated.  Always look at the bright, positive side. Being positive is very healthy.


It’s absolutely normal for us, Muslims, to believe that we are connected with the Almighty and when we talk to Him, He always listens. He is the source of success and mercy for us, here in this world and in the Hereafter. We cannot do without Him; therefore, we’ve got to keep Him in our lives.  When we bring Allah into our lives, we are guaranteed success and prosperity.

وَتُوبُوۤاْ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ جَمِيعاً أَيُّهَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ
“… And turn unto Allah together, O believers,
in order that you may succeed!”
(al-Quran 24:31)

Therefore, when we repent and get back on the right track, we become ‘special’ again and do not lose our value. How, in the world,  can we lose our value when Allah Himself created  us  and  sent  us  down  in  this  earth  to  seek  His bounties and mercy?
When Allah created Adam, He told the angels that He had created His viceroy on earth. Therefore, you are Allah’s deputy here in this world. So, make it worthwhile!

فَٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّالِحَاتِ لَهُمْ مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ
“Those who believe, and do good works,
for them is forgiveness and a rich provision.”
(al-Quran 22:50)
 

(Translation: “You are not meant for the earth, nor for the skies! The whole universe is created for you, not you for it!”)

All we need to do is to remember Him, pay thanks to Him, take care of our obligations towards Him; and be nice and good to other folks. We should do the best, at least, on our part. When we do good to others, we actually do good to ourselves. And as a bonus, the Lord Almighty also grants us rewards in this world as well as in the Hereafter.

وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ
“… And Allah loves those whose deeds are good.”
(al-Quran 3:148)

It may not be considered nice to talk openly about women’s private hygiene and the related products but the aim of my blog is to bring ‘awareness’ to the mankind. And half of this mankind is female. In Muslim countries cultural barriers discourage you to discuss women’s health issues if you are not a female. Despite all the advantages of internet our women are at a disadvantage when it comes to the issues of their private life and health. They cannot ask the experts and scientists openly the questions they really want to ask. In my opinion, women’s health is a lot more important than men’s because women give birth to children and both mothers and children should be protected from cancer and other diseases. Otherwise our future generations would be sick and retarded.

Let’s start with recommendations for women’s good health. A healthy woman has a healthy mind and a balanced proportionate body. It adds to her physical beauty, general well-being, self-esteem and eventually her spiritual advancement.

Here are three basic but very important things (activities) you must adopt for a healthy living! Remember, healthy living is also simple lifestyle!

1. Eat Natural!
Eat a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables every day and try to avoid processed foods. Eat whole grains and high-fiber foods and less red meat; more fish and poultry, low-fat dairy products. You need between 800 and 1,500mg of calcium daily (depending on your age) to help avoid osteoporosis. Avoid foods and beverages that are high in calories, sugar, salt, and fat. Try some raw vegetables, such as mixed green salad, celery, carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, radish and zucchini with home-made dip or sauce.


If you like to cook, add some miracle spices to your cooking. These are turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, hot chilly, coriander, cumin, clove, Indian Garam-Masala, etc. Use olive oil, olive pickle, vinegar, sun-flower oil and coconut oil. Avoid vegetable shortenings and regular cooking oils.
Use onions, garlic, lemon, avocado, grapefruit, daikon/radish (Mooli).  
If you are 50 years old or plus, you may not be getting enough vitamins and nutrients in your diet. So you might want to take a multivitamin and a calcium supplement to make sure you are maintaining good health.


2. Exercise Daily!
Exercise and sport is the most important activity (after food) in our daily life. Heart disease is the leading cause of death among women in America. Regular exercise/sport can keep your heart healthy. You should exercise at least 30-minutes every day and at least 5 days a week. The best and the cheapest exercise is jogging, brisk walking, cycling, basketball playing, swimming, etc.


3. Avoid Unhealthy Activities!
No smoking! Avoid the company of smokers too! No alcohol, no drugs! Learn to relax because mental health is important to your general physical well-being. Don’t stress out (at least try not to)! Use less make-up as most beauty products are ‘chemical’ products that can harm your skin. Natural oils are the best to apply on your skins, especially olive oil and coconut oil.
If you are 40 years or plus, you should go for mammogram check every year to avoid breast cancer!



Now, let’s talk about some shocking discovery!
Experts conducted a scientific research on women’s products in Argentina and found out that most products were contaminated by cancer-causing elements like Glyphosate and AMPA (or amino-methyl-phosphonic acid).
“Eighty-five percent of all samples tested positive for glyphosate and 62 percent for AMPA, which is the environmental metabolite, but in the case of cotton and sterile cotton gauze the figure was 100 percent.”

Cancer-causing Elements:
AMPA and Glyphosate are cancer-causing elements. Today, in America more than 90% of cotton is contaminated with AMPA or Glyphosate. It is the GMO cotton. And it’s very harmful and dangerous for human health.

Typically we take for granted the safety of cotton products such as gauze, bandages, swabs, pads, wipes — and even feminine products, like tampons and sanitary pads. But a 2015 Argentinian study should give us pause for thought.

As it turns out, researchers from the University of La Plata (Argentina) found that a vast majority of these products contain glyphosate, the main ingredient in Monsanto’s wildly popular Roundup herbicide and the same chemical that’s considered a “probable carcinogen” by the World Health Organization.

If that’s not enough to get your attention, glyphosate is also associated with IQ loss/intellectual disability, autism, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, obesity (both child and adult), diabetes, infertility and cardiovascular disease. Needless to say, this isn’t the kind of chemical you want absorbed by wounds, or worse, through the vagina.
“Chemicals absorbed through the vagina are easily and effectively distributed throughout the body, without being metabolized. for example, when estrogenic drugs are administered vaginally, the resulting systemic levels of the drug in the body can be 10-80 times higher than when the very same dose is given orally.” [source]


Not only did the research team find 85 percent of the cotton products tested positive for glyphosate, but also discovered that 62 percent of the samples contained AMPA (or aminomethylphosphonic acid) — an environmental metabolite of glyphosate, which is potentially 1,000 times more toxic once inside the body.

However, the numbers were higher for some of the products. Says lead researcher Dr. Damian Marino:
“Eighty-five percent of all samples tested positive for glyphosate and 62 percent for AMPA, which is the environmental metabolite, but in the case of cotton and sterile cotton gauze the figure was 100 percent.”

All the samples — gauze, swabs, wipes and feminine care products — were purchased in the La Plata area from local pharmacies and supermarkets.

“It might not be the most popular thing to discuss, but we probably should. I admit I chose this title on purpose to catch your attention, but now that I have it, have you ever considered that the majority of cotton (in the U.S. anyway) is genetically modified, and as such, it might be tainted with cancer-causing, endocrine-disrupting, infertility-promoting glyphosate?” [source]
In the U.S. alone, farmers sprayed an astonishing 2.6 billion pounds of the herbicide over agricultural land between 1992 and 2012. The chemical not only contaminates crops like cotton — but also the soil, air and waterways.

Pads: Toxic ingredients: dioxins and furans, pesticide residues, unknown fragrance chemicals and adhesive chemicals such as methyldibromo glutaronitrile. Exposure concerns: cancer, reproductive harm and endocrine disruption. Studies link pad use to allergic rash.

Feminine Wipes: Toxic ingredients: methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, parabens, quaternium-15, dmdm Hydantoin and unknown fragrance chemicals. Exposure concerns: cancer and endocrine disruption, allergic rash.

Feminine Wash: Toxic ingredients: unknown fragrance chemicals, parabens, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, dmdm Hydantoin, d&c red no.33, ext d&c violet #2, and fd&c yellow #5. Exposure concerns: endocrine disruption, allergic rash, and asthma.

Douche: Toxic ingredients: unknown fragrance chemicals and the spermicide octoxynol-9. Studies link douche use to bacterial vaginosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, cervical cancer, low-birth weight, preterm birth, HIV transmission, sexually transmitted diseases, ectopic pregnancy, chronic yeast infections, and infertility.

Feminine deodorant (sprays , powders and suppositories): Toxic ingredients: unknown fragrance chemicals, parabens, and benzethonium chloride. Exposure concerns: reproductive harm, endocrine disruption and allergic rash.

St. Valentine is a legend and generally a legend is not a fact (100% true). Although it might contain 5-10% of truth, the story is normally woven around ‘hearsay’ and is greatly exaggerated, inflated, and sometimes outright fabricated.
Most of what is known about Saint Valentine (Latin: Valentinus) is legendary. In fact, historians are not completely certain which Valentine is commemorated on February 14. The commemoration may celebrate up to three different Valentines.
The first was a Roman priest martyred on the Flaminian Way under Roman Emperor Claudius (c. AD 269). The second was a bishop of Terni (ancient Interamna), born around 175 AD, who was taken to Rome and martyred (in both cases, the legends resemble, so they might be the one and the same person). The third Valentine was a martyr in the Roman province of Africa, about whom little else is known.
Medieval scholar Jack Oruch, in the July 1981 issue of Speculum (Journal of Medieval Studies) makes a strong case that the Saint Valentine's Day connection to love and romance derives solely from Geoffrey Chaucer's Parliament of Foules (Fowls). In this poem, nature convenes a parliament in which birds will choose their mate. Even though Chaucer connects the romantic overtones of Saint Valentine's Day to ancient customs, Oruch effectively argues that no such traditions existed before Chaucer's time.
Thus, modern research suggests it is unlikely that secular Saint Valentine's Day customs are pagan practices derived from the Roman Lupercalia. They are modern-day invention!

The saint we celebrate on Valentine’s Day is known officially as St. Valentine of Rome in order to differentiate him from the dozen or so other Valentines on the list. Because “Valentinus”—from the Latin word for worthy, strong or powerful—was a popular moniker between the second and eighth centuries A.D., several martyrs over the centuries have carried this name.

 Chaucer may have invented Valentine’s Day.
The medieval English poet Geoffrey Chaucer often took liberties with history, placing his poetic characters into fictitious historical contexts that he represented as real. No record exists of romantic celebrations on Valentine’s Day prior to a poem Chaucer wrote around 1375. In his work “Parliament of Foules,” he links a tradition of courtly love with the celebration of St. Valentine’s feast day–an association that didn’t exist until after his poem received widespread attention. The poem refers to February 14 as the day birds (and humans) come together to find a mate. When Chaucer wrote:
“For this was sent on Seynt Valentyne’s day,  
Whan every foul cometh ther to choose his mate,”

he may have invented the holiday we know as ‘Valentine’s Day’ today.

Like many of the world's major holidays, St. Valentine's Day is an annual observance with its roots entrenched firmly in pagan beliefs and customs. What would God think about Valentine's Day?
he World Book Encyclopedia tells us regarding Valentine’s Day: “The customs connected with the day . . . probably come from an ancient Roman festival called Lupercalia which took place every February 15. The festival honored Juno, the Roman goddess of women and marriage, and Pan, the god of nature” (1973, vol. 20, p. 204).
For the people of ancient Rome, the festival of Lupercalia was an annual ritual believed to ward off evil spirits and increase fertility. Lupercalia (also known as Februatio, from which comes the month name February) was popular among many of the new converts to the fast-rising Catholic Church.
Pope Gelasius officially condemned the pagan Roman festival and banned its observance, many of its accompanying practices quickly appeared in a newly established holiday added by him to the official church list of feast days in A.D. 496—St. Valentine’s Day.
What amounted to a renamed, refurbished Lupercalia then picked up steam, gradually adapting itself into the Valentine’s Day we know today, which included the added elements of Valentine cards and Cupid, the Roman god of erotic love.

Though the practices of Lupercalia have been repackaged and dressed up in the form of Valentine’s Day, these verses indicate they remain just as detestable as they have always been in our Creator’s eyes. Instead of pagan days and practices, our focus should be on the festivals God has given us in the Bible, which point us toward His amazing and incomparable plan for all of humanity.

The origins of the modern Valentine’s Day are mostly legend. Legend has it St. Valentine was a priest who died defending marriage under a Roman emperor opposed to the practice. Legend has it the date was set to parallel the beginning of bird mating season. The clearest connection between St. Valentine and the celebration of romantic love surfaces in the Medieval work of Geoffrey Chaucer. St. Valentine, the Real Story

Flowers, candy, red hearts and romance. That's what Valentine's day is all about, right? Well, maybe not.
The origin of this holiday for the expression of love really isn't romantic at all—at least not in the traditional sense. Father Frank O'Gara of Whitefriars Street Church in Dublin, Ireland, tells the real story of the man behind the holiday—St. Valentine.
"He was a Roman Priest at a time when there was an emperor called Claudias who persecuted the church at that particular time," Father O'Gara explains. "He also had an edict that prohibited the marriage of young people. This was based on the hypothesis that unmarried soldiers fought better than married soldiers because married soldiers might be afraid of what might happen to them or their wives or families if they died."
"I think we must bear in mind that it was a very permissive society in which Valentine lived," says Father O'Gara. "Polygamy would have been much more popular than just one woman and one man living together. The idea of encouraging them to marry within the Christian church was what Valentine was about. And he secretly married them because of the edict."
Valentine was eventually caught, imprisoned and tortured for performing marriage ceremonies against the command of Emperor Claudius the second. There are legends surrounding Valentine's actions while in prison. He fell in love with the daughter of the Jailer called Asterius.


In the year 269 AD, Valentine was sentenced to a three part execution of a beating, stoning, and finally decapitation. The story goes that the last words he wrote were in a note to Asterius' daughter. He inspired today's romantic missives by signing it, "from your Valentine."
