BALANCE YOUR BOOK OF DEEDS Before The Big Audit On The Day of Judgment!

Those Who Reflect:
Balance Your Book of Deeds
Before The Big Audit On
The Day of Judgment!

(M. Javed Naseem)

“Then shall We question those to
whom Our Message was sent and
those by whom We sent it.”
(al-Quran 7:6)

We are responsible for our actions. Whatever we do here in this world, we would be asked about it in the Hereafter. On the Day of Judgment, we’ll be questioned about our life on this earth. We are all answerable to our Lord Creator for every small thing we do here (in this world) during our lifetime. God has commanded us to enjoin good and forbid evil. It is our duty to maintain a healthy, peaceful and caring society based on social justice and compassion. How can we ignore it when we are enjoying life and having good time but thousands of people are suffering and starving at the same time. Allah will not ignore it!

“Then, shall you be questioned that Day
about the joy (you indulged in!).”
(al-Quran 102:8)

Profit & Loss Account

When you appear in the Divine court, you’ll be all alone. Nobody would help you. The only thing that could help you would be your good deeds and charity. Everybody has to bear his own burden and carry the load of his sins! No exceptions there! But those who spread evil and misguide others, they’ll be carrying the burden of others’ deeds too because those deeds were the result of their own evil acts and misguidance.

“They will bear their own burdens, and (other)
burdens along with their own, and on the Day
of Judgments they will be called to account
for their falsehoods.”
(al-Quran 29:13)

The Holy Quran is full of commands of Allah that determine our path in this world – what we should DO, and what we should NOT do. We choose the path we want to follow, and that will lead us to Heaven or Hell. We’ll be held accountable for our choices and the actions that follow.

“This (Quran) is indeed a Reminder
for you and your people; and you shall
soon be questioned.”
(al-Quran 43:44)

When we die, the door on the life of this world is closed and we pass on to another world – the Hereafter. We stay in the transit lounge of the graves, in a world called “Aalam-al-Barzakh” – the ‘World of Barzakh’. Barzakh is an Arabic/Persian word and it means ‘barrier’ or ‘obstacle’ or ‘hindrance’ or ‘separation’ or ‘a dividing curtain’. Therefore, from Islamic point of view, the World of Barzakh means the barrier between the physical and the spiritual worlds. I call it the ‘Transit Lounge’ of our final journey. We’ll leave that Barzakh world when the Trumpet will be blown and we will be resurrected on the Day of Judgment for accountability.

All injustice will be punished; all aggression, all evil and all hypocrisy will be chastised; and all good deeds, no matter how small, will be rewarded. At that point, we won’t be able to change anything or correct a misdeed. The Time to change the outcome is NOW! It’s possible only through repentance; asking Allah for forgiveness; and doing good things for other human beings. When we look into the mirror, we see only “beautiful Me”. But the mirror shows us only the shell – the outer side – of our personality. It is the inner side of our personality that will determine our final destination – Heaven or Hell; it is our character and conduct.

This is the last page of the Yearbook 2018, so reflect upon it. The examination paper is in your hands and you have a limited time. We better ponder over it seriously and prepare some good answers. The painful and the longest Day of Accountability is fast approaching. Let’s correct our ways and seek forgiveness and mercy of the Most Merciful now!

TIME TO REFLECT: 25th December. Honor Jesus By Following His Teachings!

25th of December:
Time To Reflect!

Honor Jesus By Following
His Teachings:
Faith, Prayer, Love, Kindness
& Forgiveness!

Pakistan: Honor M.A. Jinnah
By Fulfilling His Mission!

(M. Javed Naseem)

“But realize this, that in the last days difficult
times will come. For men will be lovers of self,
lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers,
disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy!”
-- The Bible (2-Timothy 3:1-2)

Happy holidays everybody! It is holiday season as 25th of December is approaching. The world knows this day as the birthday of Jesus Christ (although most people and scholars agree that it is not the correct date). In Asia, the people of the sub-continent (Pakistan & India) know it as the birthday of Mohammad Ali Jinnah (the Quaid-e-Azam), the founding father of Pakistan (and they know that it’s the correct date).

A Christian activist asks:
Santa Claus: The Ultimate in Fake News
(a.k.a. What The F… Are We Celebrating?)

“Why do we persist with the Santa Claus mythology? Do we really need all the lies and ‘naughty/nice’ behavioral rewarding to have a meaningful annual midwinter celebration? Instead of fiction, it is time instead to celebrate the true magic and wonder around us”, says Ethan Indigo Smith (a writer/activist at the Wake Up World).

“For children who have just learned or realized the truth, the lie is everywhere we look at Christmas time. It’s at home, in schools, on the news; even the local weather forecasters cooperate with powerful military institutions like NORAD (the North American Aerospace Defense Command) lie to us! And we play along without a moment to process our loss, lest we poop the party for younger, still-ignorant children. (Never mind that ours is the only culture on Earth to base its major holy-day on a foundation of pure fictional fabrication, forgoing reality to celebrate the bounty of a deliberately false patriarch.)
In a sense the Santa Claus story is the biggest series of lies on the planet — the mother of all ‘fake news’ — because most of the white western world eats up and regurgitates it all cyclically. We all know it’s a lie, but most of us don’t question its effect on our children’s psychological and spiritual development. The Santa Claus story is not the worst of the big lies, not by far; especially when compared to the lies that underpin the financial, political and education systems, energy and resources, nuclear experimentation, and countless other industries that destroy our Earth Mother; or to the lies that inspire people to kill on behalf of religious or national institutions. But it is one of the big lies in our lives, and it does have an effect– and arguably, a purpose.”

Jesus Christ was known for many of his miracles that gave new life to scores of people.
He healed people physically and spiritually. He delivered benefits freely and never asked for or accepted any form of payment for his healing miracles, unlike some high priests of his time who charged those who were healed. He advised his disciples to heal the sick without payment and stated: “freely ye received, freely give,” – (Matthew 10:8).
Jesus gave his followers the direction with the Divine support as he was a Prophet of God. People were so impressed that, out of love and respect, they falsely proclaimed him as ‘son of God’ and then as ‘God’, and worshiped him.

25th of December:
Commemorating the occasion, it is only befitting that I share with you some beautiful quotes of the above mentioned great personalities of human history – Jesus Christ and Mohammad Ali Jinnah (the founding father of Pakistan).

Jesus Christ said:

Matthew 5:1-10
“Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are those who mourn,
    for they will be comforted.
Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the earth.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
    for they will be filled.
Blessed are the merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart,
    for they will see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called children of God.
Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.”

1-Corinthians 10:24
“None of you should be looking out for your own interests, but for the interests of others.”

Romans 12:13
“Share your belongings with your needy fellow Christians, and open your homes to strangers.”

1-John 3:17
“Rich people who see a brother or sister in need, yet close their hearts against them, cannot claim that they love God.”

Luke 4:18-19
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has chosen me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind; to set free the oppressed and announce that the time has come when the Lord will save his people.”

James 2:15-16
“Suppose there are brothers or sisters who need clothes and don’t have enough to eat. What good is there in your saying to them, ‘God bless you! Keep warm and eat well!’ – if you don’t give them the necessities of life?”

Luke 18:29
"You know the commandments: 'Do not commit adultery; do not murder; do not steal; do not bear false witness; honor your father and mother!’”

James 4:1
“What is the source of quarrels and conflicts among you? Is not the source your pleasures that wage war in your members?”

1-Peter 2:17
“Honor all people, love the brotherhood, fear God, honor the king!”

Ephesians 6:1-3
“Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother (which is the first commandment with a promise), so that it may be well with you, and that you may live long on the earth.”

1-Timothy 5:1-2
“Do not sharply rebuke an older man, but rather appeal to him as a father, to the younger men as brothers, the older women as mothers, and the younger women as sisters, in all purity.”

Galatians 5:22-23
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.”

Jinnah of Pakistan:
Born on 25th of December, 1876, Mohammad Ali Jinnah was not a prophet but he did show the world his miracle. He single-handedly carved Pakistan out of the world map – a homeland for millions of Muslims of India. And that also happened with the Divine support as many Mullahs of India opposed him for one reason or the other. But most Muslims adored him and were so impressed that, out of love and respect, they called him “Quaid-e-Azam” (the great leader), and justly so!

Quaid-e-Azam (Mohammad Ali Jinnah) said:

 “Brotherhood, equality, and fraternity of
man – these are all the basic points of our
religion, culture and civilization and we
fought for Pakistan because there was a
danger of the denial of these human rights
in the Subcontinent.”
-- M.A. Jinnah

“No nation can rise to the height of glory unless your women are side by side with you.
No struggle can ever succeed without women participating side by side with men.”

*******************************************
“If we want to make this great State of Pakistan
happy and prosperous, we should wholly and
solely concentrate on the well-being of the people,
and especially of the masses and the poor.”
-- Quaid-e-Azam

*******************************************

“Think 100 times before you take a decision, but once that decision is taken, stand by it as one man.”

“With faith, discipline and selfless devotion to duty, there is nothing worthwhile that you cannot achieve.”

“Expect the best, prepare for the worst.”

******************************************
“You have to stand guard over the development
and maintenance of Islamic democracy, Islamic
social justice and the equality of mankind
in your own native soil.”
-- Quaid-e-Azam
******************************************

“Islam expect every Muslim to do this duty, and if we realize our responsibility time will come soon when we shall justify ourselves worthy of a glorious past.”
“You will no doubt agree with me that the first duty of a government is to maintain law and order, so that the life, property, and religious beliefs of its subjects are fully protected by the State…..…if we want to make this great State of Pakistan happy and prosperous we should wholly and solely concentrate on the well-being of the people, and especially of the masses and the poor.”

“That freedom can never be attained by a nation without suffering and sacrifice has been amply borne out by the recent tragic happenings in this subcontinent.”
“The great majority of us are Muslims. We follow the teachings of the Prophet Mohammed (pbuh). We are members of the brotherhood of Islam in which all are equal in rights, dignity and self-respect. Consequently, we have a special and a very deep sense of unity. But make no mistake: Pakistan is not a theocracy or anything like it.”

****************************************
“The adoption of Western economic theory
and practice will not help us in achieving our
goal of creating a happy and contented people.
We must work our destiny in our own way
and present to the world an economic system
based on the true Islamic concept of equality
of manhood and social justice”
-- Quaid-e-Azam

****************************************
“Yet this is a truth people so easily seem to forget and begin to prize local, sectional or provincial interests above and regardless of the national interests. It naturally pains me to find the curse of provincialism holding sway over any section of Pakistan. Pakistan must be rid of this evil.”

“We must get Pakistan at any cost. For it we live and for it we will die. The Musalmans have to struggle and struggle hard for their honorable existence…you must work and work hard. By doing so you will contribute substantially not only to the honour of ten corers of Muslims but to the crystallization of a free Muslim state of Pakistan where Muslims will be able to offer the ideology of Islamic rule”

**************************************
“The Government can only have for its
aim one objective – how to serve the people,
how to devise ways and means for their
welfare, for their betterment.”
-- Quaid-e-Azam

**************************************

“If we are to make any real, speedy and substantial progress, we must bring our educational policy and program on the lines suited to the genius of our people, consonant with our history and culture, and having regard to the modern conditions and vast development that have taken place all over the world... What we have to do is to mobilize our people and build up the character of our future generation……In short, we have to build up the character of our future generations which means highest sense of honor, integrity, selfless service to the nation, and sense of responsibility, and we have to see that they are fully qualified or equipped to play their part in the various branches of economic life in a manner which will do honor to Pakistan”

A DIALOGUE WITH THE DEVIL'S FRIEND: As Narrated By Jesus Christ.

From The Gospel of Barnabas:
A Dialogue With
The Devil’s Friend
(As Narrated By Jesus Christ)

First, God Makes Man, Then
Man Starts Making Gods And
Sells Them For Money! Then
Man Kills Man In The Name of God!

(M. Javed Naseem)

"Woe to the one who quarrels with his Maker – An
earthenware vessel among the vessels of earth!
Will the clay say to the potter, 'What are you doing?'
Or the thing you are making say, 'He has no hands'?”
-- The Bible (Isaiah 45:9).

When God created Man, He gave him a lot of freedom, a lot of liberty and a lot of choices; and also warned him of the bounds and limits prescribed for him. But man, being so ungrateful, hasty and Devil-friendly, abused that liberty and freedom of choice to the fullest extent. So much so that he became disobedient and rebellious to God – the Almighty Who created him in the first place. He ignored all warnings (he still does that) and kept doing what he ‘liked’ to do while bending and twisting the laws/rules prescribed by God to cover or justify his evil deeds. But the Lord God is watching!

The Quran says:

"Lord of the heavens and of the earth, and
of all that is between them; so worship Him,
and be constant and patient in His worship!
Know you of any who is worthy of the
same Name as He?"
(al-Quran 19:65)

The Bible says (Acts 17:24):
"The God who made the world and all things in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands.”

Today, man doesn’t even like to hear the word ‘God’ (or religion) in his daily affairs. Using the silly excuse of separating the Church from the State, he has dumped religion and with that God too. For him, it is very old fashioned and annoying to talk of God and applying His laws on his life. He does not like to admit that to God belongs everything in the heaven and on earth.

The Bible says (Deuteronomy 10:14):
"Behold, to the Lord your God belong heaven and
the highest heavens, the earth and all that is in it.”

The Quran says:

سَبِّحِ ٱسْمَ رَبِّكَ ٱلأَعْلَىٰ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ
وَٱلَّذِى قَدَّرَ فَهَدَىٰ
“Glorify the name of your Guardian-Lord the
Most High, Who has created, and further, given
order and proportion; Who has ordained laws;
and granted guidance.”
(al-Quran 87:1-3)

We have abandoned God and the result is obvious. We are living in chaos, misery,
hypocrisy, sin, lawlessness and civil wars. Ironically, all that chaos, misery, death and destruction is created and promoted by the followers of Abraham (Ibrahim, a.s.) who was the father of all three major Semitic religions of the world – Judaism, Christianity and Islam – which were hijacked by the racist Zionists who strive for the hegemony of the world. They are pitting one against the other in a divide-and-rule campaign to achieve the New World Order; and eliminate the opposition at the same time.

*****************************************
In the old, gods were made of wood too but
it was not sinful to burn wood! Today, in
digital India, the racist extremist Hindus are
killing Muslims & Christians because they eat
beef. And beef comes from the Holy Cow (or
Holy Bull?). At the same time, ironically, India
is the biggest exporter of beef to the Muslim
Middle East. Is it all about money & hypocrisy?

*****************************************

In Chapters 26, 27 and 28 of the Gospel of Barnabas, Jesus Christ narrates the story of Prophet Abraham (Ibrahim, a.s.). We know the story of Abraham from the Holy Quran. The Quran says that Ibrahim’s father was called Azar, while the Bible says he was called Terah. But the name is not important; the dialogue is. Here is how the Gospel of Barnabas narrates it:

‘Then Jesus said: “There was a man on a journey who, as he was walking, discovered a treasure in a field that was to be sold for five pieces of money. Straightway the man, when he knew this, sold his cloak to buy that field. Is that credible?”
The disciples answered: “He who would not believe this is mad.”
Thereupon Jesus said: “You will be mad if you do not give your senses to God to buy your soul in which resides the treasure of love; for love is an incomparable treasure. For
he that loves God has God for his own; and whoever has God has everything.”
Peter answered: “O master, how can one love God with true love? Tell us.”
Jesus replied: “Truly I say to you that he who shall not hate his father and his mother, and his own life, and children and wife for love of God, such is not worthy to be loved of God.”
Peter answered: “O master, it is written in the Law of God in the Book of Moses: Honour your father, that you may live long upon the earth. And further he says: Cursed be the son that obeys not his father and his mother.” God commanded that such a disobedient son should be stoned by the wrath of the people before the gate of the city. (Why) do you bid us to hate father and mother?”
Jesus replied: “Every word of mine is true, because it is not mine, but God’s, who has sent me to the House of Israel. Therefore I say to you that all that which you possess God has bestowed it upon you; and so, what is more precious, the gift or the giver? When your father and your mother with every other thing is a stumbling block to you in the service of God, abandon them as enemies. Did not God say to Abraham: Go forth from the house of your father and of your kindred, and come to dwell in the land which I will give to you and to your seed? Why did God say this, except that the father of Abraham was an image-
maker, who made and worshiped false gods? (For this reason) there was enmity between
them, such that the father wished to burn his son.”
Peter answered: “Your words are true. I pray you tell us how Abraham mocked his father.”
Jesus replied: “Abraham was seven years old when he began to seek God. So one day he said to his father: ‘Father, what made man?’
The foolish father answered: “Man (made man); for I made you, and my father made
me.”
Abraham answered: ‘Father, it is not so; for I have heard an old man weeping and saying: ‘O my God, why have you not given me children?’
His father replied: “It is true, my son, that God helps man to make man, but he does not put his hands to (the task); it is only necessary that man come to pray to his God and
to give him lambs and sheep, and his God will help him.”
Abraham answered: ‘How many gods are there, father?’
The old man replied: ‘They are infinite in number, my son.’
Then Abraham said: ‘O father, what shall I do if I serve one god and another (god) wishes me evil because I do not serve him? In any case discord will come between them,
and so war will arise among the gods. And if, perhaps, the god that wills me evil shall slay my own god, what shall I do? It is certain that he will slay me also.’
The old man, laughing, answered: “O son, have no fear, for no god makes war upon another god; no, in the great temple there are a thousand gods with the great god Baal; and I am now near seventy years old, and yet never have I seen that one god has smitten another god. And assuredly all men do not serve one god, but one man one, and another.”
Abraham answered: “So, then, they have peace among themselves?”
His father said: “They have.”
Then said Abraham: “O father, what be the gods like?”
The old man answered: “Fool, every day I made a god, which I sell to others to buy bread, and you know not what the gods are like!” And then at that moment he was making an idol.

“This,” said he, “is of palm wood, that one is of olive, that little one is of ivory; see how fine it is! Does it not seem as though it were alive? Assuredly, it lacks but breath!”
Abraham answered: “And so, father, the gods are without breath? Then how do they give
breath? And being without life, how give they life? It is certain, father, that these are
not God.”
The old man was wroth at these words, say: “If you were of age to understand, I would break your head with this axe. But hold your peace, because you have not understanding!”
Abraham answered: “Father, if the gods help to make man, how can it be that man should make the gods? And if the gods are made of wood, it is a great sin to burn wood. But tell me, father, how is it that, when you have made so many gods, the gods have not helped you to make so many other children that you should become the most powerful man in the world?”
The father was beside himself, hearing his son speak so; the son went on: “Father, was the world for some time without men?”
“Yes”, answered the old man, “and why?”
“Because,” said Abraham, “I should like to know who made the first God.”
“Now go out of my house!” said the old man, “and leave me to make this god quickly, and speak no words to me; for, when you are hungry you desire bread and not words.” Abraham said: “A fine god, truly, that you cut him as you will, and he defends not himself!”
Then the old man was angry, and said: “All the world says that it is a god, and you, mad fellow, say that it is not. By my gods, if you were a man I could kill you!” And having said this, he gave blows and kicks to Abraham, and chased him from the house.’

Very interesting story indeed! Now, a question comes to mind. Abraham was only seven years of age and he was talking intelligently and reasonably about God. What were you and me talking about at the age of seven? We have graduated from the most modern universities of the world while Abraham probably didn’t even go to school!

The first man – Adam – and his entire family knew that there was only One God. They never made any images of God nor worshipped any idols. Then somewhere along the line, something went wrong – terribly wrong – and we couldn’t fix it till today. We are fighting over fake sovereignty, i.e., our hegemony of the world. Unless and until we fight for God’s sovereignty, we would never be able to live in peace and happiness.

“He is Allah, the Creator, the Evolver, the
Bestower of forms (or colors)! To Him
belong the most beautiful names. Whatever
is in the heavens and on earth, does declare
His praises and glory. And He is the Exalted
in Might, the Wise.”
(al-Quran 59:24)

The Bible says:
(1-Chronicles 29:11)
"Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, indeed everything that is in the heavens and the earth; Yours is the dominion, O Lord, and You exalt Yourself as head over all.”

Unless we believe in the Divine and understand that everything in the heavens and on earth belongs to God, and we are the guardians of it on earth, we would never be able to fix this world. This world is for everybody – people of all colors, all races and all religions – and everybody is responsible for its maintenance and progress.

O PEOPLE! FEAR ALLAH! (Be God-Conscious!) And Be Just!

O People! Fear Allah!
(Be God Conscious!)
And Be Just!

If You Forget Him Now, He’ll
Forget You On The Day When
You’ll Need Him Most!

(M. Javed Naseem)

“And be not like those who forgot Allah;
and He made them forget their own souls!
Such are the rebellious transgressors!”
(al-Quran 59:19)

The Bible says: (Psalm 31:19)
“How abundant are the good things
that you have stored up for those who fear you,
that you bestow in the sight of all,
on those who take refuge in you.”

Disobedience is equal to rebellion. When the Devil (Iblees) disobeyed God, he was punished and destined to Hellfire. Now, how often do we disobey Allah everyday and what should be the punishment for this revolt?

God is the Supreme Creator and we are His Creation. What right and power do we have to revolt against our Creator and be not punished? When the Quran says: ‘Fear Allah!’ – it means fear Allah’s wrath or anger (be God-conscious; be mindful of God; and do your duty towards Allah; don’t ignore Him or disobey Him!). Anybody with power or authority does not like disobedience, be it your boss, a police officer, a captain of the group/team, a ruler or a king. Compared to them, Allah is the Ultimate Power and even the most powerful people on earth cannot afford to disobey Him.

The Bible says: (1-John 2:17)
“The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.”

(Deuteronomy 6:24)
"So the Lord commanded us to observe all these statutes, to fear the LORD our God for our good always and for our survival, as it is today.”

We have seen, or have read in the history books about the fate of many powerful rulers and kings; and how miserable their end was, but it seems that man never learns his lesson. He follows the Devil instead of following the commands of his Creator and the Lord God. The Scriptures have warned us that the Devil will always deceive us as he is man’s open enemy. But we follow him as if he is our best friend and well-wisher. The irony is that the Devil himself fears Allah but we don’t!

“(Their allies deceived them), like the Evil One,
when he says to man: "Deny Allah"; but when
(man) denies Allah, (the Evil One) says, "I am
free of you. I do fear Allah, the Lord of the
Worlds! The end of both will be that they will
go into the Fire, dwelling therein for ever.
Such is the reward of the wrong-doers.”
(al-Quran 59:16-17)

That friend of ours (Iblees) will definitely lead us to Hell which is his final destination, ass promised by God. The question is: Do we really seek that destination?

The Bible says: (James 4:4)
“You adulterous people, don’t you know that friendship with the world means enmity against God? Therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.”

We had the privilege to benefit from the services of the Prophets and Messengers of God who came to pass with clear signs, instructions and warnings to guide us to the right path. We were told time and again that this world was just like a puppet show – a play. We are traveling through this world and at the same time preparing for the next world which is our real home and is everlasting. We are supposed to work today for our bright tomorrow, but most of us don’t understand – or don’t want to understand.

“O you who believe! Fear Allah, and let every
soul look to what (provision) it has sent forth
for the morrow. Yea, fear Allah, for Allah is
well-acquainted with (all) that you do.”
(al-Quran 59:18)

The ‘Philosopher Poet of the East’ – Dr. Mohammad Iqbal (affectionately called Allama Iqbal) told us that the Earth belonged to Allah. He got that clear message from the Quran where in many different chapters Allah the Almighty reminds us that the heavens and the earth, and whatever is between them, belongs to Allah. The man has no right to damage God’s world.

Allama Iqbal’s Thoughts
From: “The Earth Is The Lord’s” (Javed-Nama)

The history of man throughout East and West
is a tale of wars, battles, revolts, for ‘land’;
one bride there is, and we are all her husbands,
that enchantress is without all and with all withal.
Her blandishments are nothing but guile and trickery,
she belongs neither to you nor to me either.
These stones and rocks have nothing in common with you;
they are the stuff of stillness, you are on a journey.
How can the sleeper and the wakeful mix together?
What has the planet to do with the fixed star?
God has called the earth simply our ‘enjoyment’,
this valueless ‘enjoyment’ is gratis, gratis.
You landowner, take a wise hint from me:
take from the land your food and grave, but take it not.
How long will its company last? You are, it is not;
you are a living being, it is a lifeless show.
You are an eagle, therefore get you about the skies;
open your wings and pinions, rise clear of the earth.
‘The Earth is the Lord’s’, the inward meaning is plain,
and he who sees not this plain is an infidel.

Everything in the Heaven and on Earth glorifies the name of God – the Supreme Creator. Therefore, we humans should also appreciate this universe and sing praise of our Lord God – the Most Merciful; the Cherisher; the Sustainer; and the Wise!

The Bible says: (James 1:27)
“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.”
