IF YOU ACT BLIND TO GENOCIDE TODAY, You'll Be Questioned & Punished On The Judgment Day!

On The Judgment Day

You’ll Be Questioned And

Punished If You Act Blind

To Genocide Today!

(M. Javed Naseem)

=================================

O People of the Book, if you give a deaf ear

to the cries for help of the victims of Gaza

massacre, how can you claim to be a believer

or even a sane human being?

=================================

The Bible says that you should help the oppressed, the victims of injustice, the orphans, the poor, the needy and the helpless. Do the powerful and rich Christians do that? Why the innocent blood is shed in the streets of Palestine, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Kashmir, Yemen, etc.? The Bible says:

This is what the LORD says: ‘Do what is just and

right. Rescue from the hand of the oppressor the one

who has been robbed. Do no wrong or violence to

the foreigner, the fatherless or the widow, and

do not shed innocent blood in this place.”

(Jeremiah 22:3)

And Allah commands the believers in the Quran:

Fight in the way of Allah those who fight you

but do not transgress. Indeed. Allah does

not like transgressors.”

(al-Quran 2:190)

Allah the Almighty is the Most Just and the Best Judge. On the Day of Judgment, He will question all those who witnessed the genocide of the innocent children, women, the elderly and unarmed civilians by the army of the Zionist evil-doers, the friends of the Devil, and did nothing. They were just silent spectators to the crimes against humanity; some even sided with the oppressors and killers to please them. All of them will be called to account. They will be questioned and eventually punished for not helping the victims of aggression and oppression. Allah does not like injustice and corruption.

Those who claim to be believers but practically believe in only good life and enjoyment of this world without standing up for justice and Truth; without helping the oppressed and the helpless, the needy and the victims of aggression, they will be in for a shocking interview on the Day of Judgment. They will be treated like the oppressors and aggressors (because they were complicit and didn’t stop them from evil-doing); and eventually punished severely.

If a man kills a believer intentionally, his

recompense is Hell, to abide therein (for ever).

And the wrath and the curse of Allah are upon him,

and a dreadful penalty is prepared for him.”

(al-Quran 4.93)

The genocide of Muslims, the murder and killing of innocent children, women and the elderly, the destruction of their homes, properties and crops or livelihood is going on for years now in Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kashmir, Syria, Libya, Sudan, Myanmar and Yemen. And the so-called “civilized” world is watching silently, generally ignoring it but sometimes becoming partner in the crimes. The same world had been screaming and demanding use of force in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya and Yemen that consequently resulted in the death of millions of innocent people and the destruction of property/infra-structure worth billions of dollars. And that was all on the pretext of a fake excuse, false accusation and fabricated evidence. Freaking hypocrites!

There are thousands of military personnel and soldiers in dozens of Muslim countries who chant “Allah-o-Akber!” day and night to fool other people but they do nothing to help the helpless, the innocent victims of the aggression and oppression. How strange that they never read the following verses of the Holy Quran in their entire life!

Why should you not fight in God’s cause

and for those oppressed men, women, and

children who cry out, ‘Lord, rescue us from

this town whose people are oppressors!

By Your grace, give us a protector

and give us a helper!’?”

(al-Quran 4:75)

Are those soldiers and their governments not believers? A believer fights for the cause of Allah. He stands up for justice and righteousness. He fights the injustice, oppression and evil. Allah talks about the Believers in the Quran:

The believers fight for God’s cause,

while those who reject faith fight for an

unjust cause. Fight the allies of Satan!

Satan’s strategies are truly weak.”

(al-Quran 4:76)

The Bible says:

Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.” – (Proverbs 31:8-9)

He saves the needy from the sword in their mouth; he saves them from the clutches of the powerful. So the poor have hope, and injustice shuts its mouth.” – (Job 5:15-16)

Blessed are those who have regard for the weak; the LORD delivers them in times of trouble.” – (Psalm 41:1)

This is what the Lord says: “Maintain justice and do what is right, for my salvation is close at hand and my righteousness will soon be revealed.” – (Isaiah 56:1)

Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and oppressed.” – (Psalm 82:3)

Standing up for justice and righteousness is a command of the Almighty Allah. It’s a great virtue the reward for which is Paradise. And Paradise is not cheap! Allah, the Supreme Creator, had commanded even the Messengers and Prophets to fight in Allah’s way; stand up for justice, honesty and righteousness at all costs. And all Prophets/Messengers obeyed that command. Allah helps all those who strive in the way of Allah. Therefore, all Prophets and Messengers were successful in their missions because they fought the evil and Allah granted them victory despite their limited resources and heavy odds. In the war between Good and Evil, the Good always wins! The Good belongs to Allah and He helps those who fear Him and do good.

(O Prophet!) Do you not see those who were told,

Restrain yourselves from fighting, perform the

prayer, and pay the prescribed alms’?

When fighting was ordained for them, some

of them feared men as much as, or even

more than, they feared God, saying,

Lord, why have You ordained fighting for us?

If only You would give us just a little more time.’

Say to them, ‘Little is the enjoyment in this world,

the Hereafter is far better for those who are

mindful of God. You will not be wronged by

as much as the fiber in a date stone.”

(al-Quran 4:77)

The fight for the cause of Allah has many aspects – you can do it with your life (body), with your wealth, with your assets, with your talent, your education, your oratory, your writings, your skills, etc., etc. What is important, is your intention to please Allah by joining a struggle for a good cause. What matters most is your support or reinforcement to the righteous camp against the evil camp.

Those believers who stay at home, apart from

those with an incapacity, are not equal to those

who commit themselves and their possessions

to striving in God’s way. God has raised such

people to a rank above those who stay at home,

although He has promised all believers a good

reward, those who strive are favored with a

tremendous reward above those who stay at

home and high ranks conferred by Him,

as well as forgiveness, and mercy.

God is most forgiving and merciful.”

(al-Quran 4:95-96)

A believer’s best reward for his fight against evil is the martyrdom. There is no fight better than fighting in the way of Allah or fighting for justice and truth. It’s the job of those who have strong faith in Allah and they try to please Him with righteousness – enjoining good and forbidding evil. The faint-heart cannot achieve that noble status. Why fear death when the day and the way of your death is already fixed by the Almighty Creator?

Do not be faint-heart in pursuing the enemy!

If you are suffering hardship, so are they, but you

hope to receive something from God for which

they cannot hope. God is all knowing and wise.”

(al-Quran 4:104)

US & EU COUNTRIES BECOME PARTNERS IN GENOCIDE By Supporting Israel.

US & EU Countries Become

Partners In Genocide By

Supporting Israel

(M. Javed Naseem)

**************************************

History will never forget that Palestine was

forced to bleed and starve by the Zionists

blocking humanitarian aid, while the entire

world watched. The West is complcit in

crimes against humanity.

**************************************

The situation in the Muslim world is not different. Most Muslim countries are being ruled by the puppets installed by the Evil Empire. They are most obedient servants of the Zionists and cannot move a finger without their permission. All Arab/Muslim countries betrayed Palestinian people and never cared about their cries for help. On the contrary, they are always trying (even today) to please the US, UK, EU leaders and the Zionist regime too. That's the height of shamelessness, betrayal, deception and hypocrisy (Munafiqat). Here's the Command of Allah in the Holy Quran:

'Will you not fight those who have broken

their oaths, conspired to expel the Messenger

(from Mecca˺), and attacked you first? Do you

fear them? Allah is more deserving of your

fear, if you are ˹true˺ believers.'

(al-Quran 9:13)

As a matter of fact, Iran and Yemen (Houthies) are the only two countries that are helping the Palestinians and are trying to fight the Zionist genocide campaign with limited resources. Their daring action cannot succeed unless other countries join them and try to thwart Zionist attacks by a joint military action. This genocide problem can only be solved through military intervention. There is no other way and there is no other language that the evil Zionist apartheid regime understands. Right now, it looks remotely possible.

The problem is that today, most Muslim leaders and their nations are not really devout Muslims. They are Muslims by name only; while by actions they are like the Munafiqeen (hypocrites) which is worse than being the Kafireen. And that's the reason they are not getting any help from Nature. They are ignoring God's commands and God is ignoring them too. Under the present situation of genocide in Palestine, fighting back (Jihad) has become an obligation for all Muslims. But coward and puppet Muslim leaders are ignoring those commands from the Quran, only to survive and stay in power with the support and under the patronage of the Zionist Evil Empire.

'Fight against them until there is no more

persecution—and (your) devotion will be

entirely to Allah. But if they desist, then

surely Allah is All-Seeing of what they do.'

(al-Quran 8:39)

Gaza has become a death trap. The evil Zionist military announce to people to come and collectt the food items and when they come, the military personnel open fire and kill the unarmed civilians. By March, Gaza’s death toll had reached 50,000; and with the continued daily killings, it might have risen since then to surpass 65,000. The total number of wounded has probably now exceeded 170,000.

Israeli data shows 83 percent of Gaza war dead are civilians: Report

Leaked Israeli intelligence confirms one of the highest civilian tolls in modern conflicts.

A classified Israeli military database shows the vast majority of Palestinians killed in Gaza are civilians, according to a joint investigation by The Guardian, +972 Magazine, and Local Call.

Over the same period, Gaza’s health authorities recorded at least 53,000 deaths from Israeli attacks, with civilians at about 83 percent of the total death toll.

Conflict researchers say that ratio is almost unparalleled in modern warfare. Only the Rwandan genocide, the 1995 Srebrenica massacre, and Russia’s 2022 siege of Mariupol recorded a higher civilian death rate, the authors noted.

Rights groups and genocide scholars argue the findings further support claims that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza, pointing to mass civilian deaths alongside deliberate starvation.

In leaked audio recordings aired on Israel’s Channel 12, Aharon Haliva, the former head of military intelligence, claimed, “The fact that there are already 50,000 dead in Gaza is necessary and required for future generations.”

He went further, saying: “For each [victim] on 7 October, 50 Palestinians have to die … There’s no choice, they need a Nakba every now and then to feel the consequences.” The Nakba, or “catastrophe”, refers to the killing and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians in 1948 to make way for the creation of Israel.

The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defence Minister Yoav Gallant, accusing them of war crimes and crimes against humanity committed between October 2023 and May 2024. (Source: Al Jazeera)

It has become obvious that the Zionist regime will not stop killing and destroying in Gaza unless it gets 'orders' from the CEO of the Evil Empire. The only other option is military intervention from the neutral world, like China and Russia. That means the Third World War. And that seems very unlikely to happen right now. It will eventually happen, but not for the Arab cause. The proxy war in Ukraine is taking its toll on Russia and it won't like to open another front where it has nothing to gain. Secondly, the Arabs have no courage to stand up to America or the Zionists. Therefore, Russia cannot even trust them.

Since no country in the world (except Iran & Yemen) is helping the Palestinian cause, the poor Gaza residents can only rely on prayers. They look up to the heavens and beg for help because they know that ultimately, it is Allah Who is going to help them or create circumstances that will be helpful to them. They cannot count on the coward puppet Arab leaders nor other Muslim leaders. They can only invoke Allah:

'Our Lord! Do not burden us with what we

cannot bear. Pardon us, forgive us, and have

mercy on us. You are our (only) Guardian. So

grant us victory over the disbelieving people.”

(al-Quran 2:286)

YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON Your Relationship With The Lord Creator. 'Remember Me ...'

Your Life Depends On

Your Relationship With

The Lord Creator

'Remember Me,

I’ll Remember You!'

Allah's True Promise

In The Quran

(M. Javed Naseem)

فَٱذْكُرُونِيۤ أَذْكُرْكُمْ وَٱشْكُرُواْ لِى وَلاَ تَكْفُرُونِ

“Therefore remember me, I will

remember you! Give thanks to Me,

and reject not Me!”

(al-Quran 2:152)

Remembrance of Allah should be like remembering your name – you never forget it, no matter what! It’s so simple but it’s so hard at the same time. The Devil and the forces of evil surround us and they are always attacking us from all sides to distract us from the remembrance of Allah. That's a challenge of the Devil (Satan) we humans face everyday. He wants to make his point that humans are disobedient to their Lord Creator and they are ungrateful too. How often do we win against the Devil, if we win at all? We all know the answer very well.

The Bible says:

“The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.” – (1-John 2:17)

From the very first day when Adam was created and Iblees (the Devil) refused to prostrate in front of him, God, the Almighty, destined Iblees (the Devil) to the Hell for his rebellion and disobedience. The Devil wanted to prove that humans were also disobedient and don’t merit Paradise. Allah made it clear to him that “if humans followed You, instead of following Me, I’ll fill up Hell with You and your followers but those who would repent and ask for Allah’s forgiveness, I’ll forgive them, every time they repent and ask for forgiveness and mercy.” So, the challenge was accepted and the game is on since then. The Devil is trying to take as many humans as possible with him to Hell. On the other hand, Allah warned us – the humans – that Iblees was our enemy number one; and we should watch out.

Unfortunately, the Devil has won so many rounds (actually most of it) of this bout against humans. We have been on a losing spree with some exceptions. And today, it looks even worse in view of the genocide, wars, bloodshed, injustice, corruption and aggression. All those horrible things are happening because of our failure to remember our Lord; and our failure to follow His commands. We are guilty of disobedience.

On the other hand, righteousness is the way to success and salvation. if you seek peace, calm, satisfaction and contentment, only the remembrance of Allah can guarantee that.

"Those who believe, and whose hearts find

satisfaction in the remembrance of Allah; for,

without doubt, in the remembrance of Allah

do hearts find satisfaction.”

(al-Quran 13:28)

Remembering Allah is very simple. Just remember that Allah is watching you always! No matter what you do, say or plan, remember that He is watching you. That will keep you in check. But most of us don’t care, although it’s a very serious matter. Remembrance of Allah can win us this world and the Hereafter too; whereas forgetting or ignoring Allah can not only be harmful for us in this world but would also make us ‘losers’ in the Hereafter, which is the eternal life.

“O you who believe! Let not your riches or

your children divert you from the remembrance

of Allah. If any act thus, the loss is their own.”

(al-Quran 63:9)

This is a very clear warning from Allah the Almighty. Your wealth and children can distract you from the remembrance of Allah. And that can be a great loss.

The Bible says:

“Woe to the sinful nation, a people whose guilt is great, a brood of evildoers, children given to corruption! They have forsaken the Lord.” -- (2. Isaiah 1:4)

We have been created by Allah to obey Him and worship Him. It’s our obligation. It can make us or break us. Allah tells us that this is the greatest thing in our lives. So, think about it!

“Recite what is sent of the Book by inspiration

to you, and establish regular prayer; for prayer

restrains from shameful and unjust deeds; and

remembrance of Allah is the greatest (thing in

life) without doubt. And Allah knows

the (deeds) that you do.”

(al-Quran 29:45)

“But keep in remembrance the name of

your Lord and devote yourself to Him

whole-heartedly!”

(al-Quran 73:8)

(My book title at amazon.com)

Since remembering Allah is an obligation, we cannot escape from it. We better do it willingly or get ready to be punished. I am sure, none of us can afford that severe punishment and losing the Hereafter at the same time.

"That We might try them by that (means).

But if any turns away from the remembrance

of his Lord, He will cause him to

undergo a severe penalty.”

(al-Quran 72:17)

“And be not like those who forgot Allah;

and He made them forget their own souls!

Such are the rebellious transgressors!”

(al-Quran 59:19)

Moral of the story:

Only in the remembrance of Allah will we find real peace, happiness, prosperity and contentment. Nothing else can guarantee that!

The Bible says:

“He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” – (Micah 6:8)

“Turn from evil and do good; then you will dwell in the land forever. For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed; the offspring of the wicked will perish. The righteous will inherit the land and dwell in it forever.” – (Psalms 37:27-29)

BE GOD-CONSCIOUS And Stand Up For Justice!

Be God-Conscious And

Stand Up For Justice!

If We Forget Him Now, He’ll

Forget Us On The Day When

We’ll Need Him Most!

(M. Javed Naseem)

'And be not like those who forgot Allah

and He made them forget their own souls!

Such are the rebellious transgressors.'

(al-Quran 59:19)

The Bible says: (Psalm 31:19)

“How abundant are the good things that
you have stored up for those who fear you,
that you bestow in the sight of all,
on those who take refuge in you.”

God is the Supreme Creator and we are His Creation. What right and power do we have to revolt against our Creator and be not punished? When the Quran says: ‘Fear Allah!’ – it means fear Allah’s wrath or anger (be God-conscious; be mindful of God) and do your duty towards Allah; don’t ignore Him or disobey Him! Anybody with power or authority does not like disobedience, be it your employer, a police officer, a captain of the group/team, a ruler or a king. Compared to them, Allah is the Ultimate Power and even the most powerful people on earth cannot afford to disobey Him. He is the King of the kings.

Disobedience is equal to rebellion. When the Devil (Iblees) disobeyed God, he was punished and destined to Hellfire. That's the biggest and the worst punishment one can imagine. Now, how often do we disobey Allah everyday and what should be the punishment for this revolt?

The Bible says:

“The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.” (1-John 2:17)

"So the Lord commanded us to observe all these statutes, to fear the LORD our God for our good always and for our survival, as it is today.” (Deuteronomy 6:24)

We have seen, or have read in the history books about the fate of many powerful rulers and kings; and how miserable their end was, but it seems that man never learns his lesson. He follows the Devil instead of following the commands of his Creator and the Lord God. The Scriptures have warned us that the Devil will always deceive us as he is man’s open enemy. But we follow him as if he is our best friend and well-wisher. The irony is that the Devil himself fears Allah but we don’t!

“(Their allies deceived them), like the Evil One,

when he says to man: 'Deny Allah'; but when

(man) denies Allah, (the Evil One) says, "I am

free of you. I do fear Allah, the Lord of the

Worlds! The end of both will be that they will

go into the Fire, dwelling therein for ever.

Such is the reward of the wrong-doers.”

(al-Quran 59:16-17)

That so-called friend of ours (the Devil) will definitely lead us to Hell which is his final destination, as promised by God. The question is: Do we really seek that destination? As a matter of fact, nobody seeks that destination; but at the same time not many people show God-consciousness and fear of His wrath. To follow the path of righteousness is really difficult and we cannot achieve it without the help from God. Therefore, the best way to succeed is that we try our best and pray to God Almighty for help. He'll give us strength to follow the right path and make things easier for us. But first, we have to show Him that we count only on God for help and salvation. Friendship with God is a lot more beneficial than the friendship with the Devil.

The Bible says:

“You adulterous people, don’t you know that friendship with the world means enmity against God? Therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.”  (James 4:4)

We had the privilege to benefit from the services of the Prophets and Messengers of God who came to pass with clear signs, instructions and warnings to guide us to the right path. We were told time and again that this world was just like a puppet show – a play. We are traveling through this world and at the same time preparing for the next world which is our real home and is everlasting. We are supposed to work today for our bright tomorrow, but most of us don’t understand – or don’t want to understand.

“O you who believe! Fear Allah, and let every

soul look to what (provision) it has sent forth

for the morrow. Yea, fear Allah, for Allah is

well-acquainted with (all) that you do.”

(al-Quran 59:18)

The ‘Philosopher Poet of the East’ – Dr. Mohammad Iqbal (affectionately called Allama Iqbal) told us that the Earth belonged to Allah. He got that clear message from the Quran where in many different chapters Allah the Almighty reminds us that the heavens and the earth, and whatever is between them, belongs to Allah. If we cannot appreciate it, we have certainly no right to damage God’s world either.

Allama Iqbal’s Thoughts

The history of man throughout East and West
is a tale of wars, battles, revolts, for ‘land’;
one bride there is, and we are all her husbands,
that enchantress is without all and with all withal.
Her blandishments are nothing but guile and trickery,
she belongs neither to you nor to me either.
These stones and rocks have nothing in common with you;
they are the stuff of stillness, you are on a journey.
How can the sleeper and the wakeful mix together?
What has the planet to do with the fixed star?
God has called the earth simply our ‘enjoyment’,
this valueless ‘enjoyment’ is gratis, gratis.
You landowner, take a wise hint from me:
take from the land your food and grave, but take it not.
How long will its company last? You are, it is not;
you are a living being, it is a lifeless show.
You are an eagle, therefore get you about the skies;
open your wings and pinions, rise clear of the earth.
‘The Earth is the Lord’s’, the inward meaning is plain,
and he who sees not this plain is an infidel.

(From: “The Earth Is The Lord’s”, Javed-Nama)

Everything in the Heaven and on Earth glorifies the name of God – the Supreme Creator. Therefore, we humans should also appreciate this universe and sing praise of our Lord God – the Most Merciful; the Cherisher; the Sustainer; and the Wise!

“He is Allah, the Creator, the Evolver, the

Bestower of forms (or colors)! To Him

belong the most beautiful names. Whatever

is in the heavens and on earth, does declare

His praises and glory. And He is the Exalted

in Might, the Wise.”

(al-Quran 59:24)

GOD COMMANDS JUSTICE & RIGHTEOUSNESS But The Evil World Leaders Are ....

God Commands Justice
And Righteousness

But The Evil World Leaders Are
Promoting Fascism And Corruption

(M. Javed Naseem)

“Allah commands justice, the doing of good,
and liberality to kith and kin, and He forbids all
shameful deeds, and injustice and rebellion. He
instructs you that you may receive admonition.”
(al-Quran 16:90)

Power corrupts and there are very few people in the world who can stand up to the temptation. Not everybody can handle power. Power turns the mediocre into tyrants and the poor masses who become the victim of injustice can only turn to God for help. Major religions of the world promote righteousness, social justice and compassion as envisaged by ONE God. But the men in power corrupted that system so that they (and their children too) could stay in power for as long as possible. The crooked gave it different names but the main objective behind all those fancy names was to grab the power and plunder the wealth, manipulating the poor or the weak, as long as possible.

****************************
Justice prevails under just
rulers while corruption prevails
under corrupt administrations.
If people are corrupt, they get
corrupt leaders to rule them.

****************************

People in power generally don’t like the criticism or opposition. Therefore, they resort to violence, torture, shutting off general public by putting them in prisons, even killing them one way or the other so that they could prolong their tenure in power. In today’s world, these greedy, corrupt and power-hungry people call themselves ‘politicians’. To them, politics means grinding their own axe by fooling people with empty promises, lies, deceptions and even betrayals.

********************************************
Our world leaders can more clearly be defined
as greedy, power hungry, criminal, psychopathic,
manipulative and parasitic in nature. They
cannot lead us to the land of freedom, prosperity,
happiness and peace because they are not sincere
nor honest. They are incapable, incompetent, inept
and even inhumane!

********************************************

To the believers, the Commands of Allah are very clear about justice and fair-dealing. Islam promotes righteousness and piety so that we become better human beings. The Almighty says in the Quran:

… If you judge, judge in equity between them.
For Allah loves those who judge in equity.”
(al-Quran 5:42)

“O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as
witnesses to Allah, even as against yourselves, or your
parents, or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich or
poor; for Allah can best protect both. Follow not the
lusts (of your hearts), lest you swerve, and if you
distort (justice) or decline to do justice, verily Allah
is well-acquainted with all that you do.”
(al-Quran 4:135)

The Bible says:

“The Lord loves righteousness and justice, the earth is full of his unfailing love.” -- (Psalms 33:5).

“Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great, but judge your neighbor fairly.” -- Leviticus (19:15).

"This is what the Lord Almighty said: “Administer true justice; show mercy and compassion to one another.” -- (Zechariah 7:9).

“Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow!” -- (Isaiah 1:17).

What Is Justice In Islam?

Islam prepares its followers to practice righteousness and piety, justice and equality in all circumstances. Islam promotes a society based on equality and social justice. It is a joy to our spirit to stand and think of the greatness of Islamic justice. Islamic law is just and fair to individuals and groups, rulers and the ruled! But there are always people who spread corruption.

During The Time of The Prophet (s.a.w.):
Nu'man bin Bashir barrated:
My mother asked my father to give me a gift from his property and he gave it to me after some hesitation. My mother said that she would not be satisfied unless the Prophet (s.a.w.) was made a witness to it. I being a young boy, my father held me by the hand and took me to the Prophet (s.a.w.). He said to the Prophet, ‘His mother, Bint Rawaha, requested me to give this boy a gift.’
The Prophet (s.a.w.) said, "Do you have other sons besides him?"
He said, "Yes." The Prophet (s.a.w.) said, "Don’t make me a witness to injustice.”

During The Time of Caliph Umar (r.a.a.):
Shurayh al-Qaadhi (the judge), narrates that Caliph Umar bin al-Khattaab (r.a.a.), bought a horse from a Bedouin, paid its price and rode off with it. However, after traveling a little distance, the Caliph noticed that the horse had problem with running, so he got back to the seller and requested him to take it back since it was not healthy. The man refused, telling the Caliph that the horse was perfectly healthy when it was sold to him. Umar (r.a.a.) asked the man to choose a judge for resolving the dispute. The man suggested Shurayh ibn al-Haarith al-Kindi whom Umar (r.a.a.) accepted.
After the judge listened to the Bedouin’s testimony, he turned to Umar (r.a.a.), asking: “Was the horse normal and healthy when you bought it?”
Umar (r.a.a.) replied: “Yes, it was.”
Shurayh then said: “Then keep what you bought or return it as you took it.”
Umar (r.a.a.) looked at Shurayh in admiration and said: “That’s the way justice should be! I give you the position of Chief Justice of Koofah in Iraq.”
This is Islamic justice, an ordinary Bedouin taking the Caliph to court, deciding which judge to go to and the Caliph accepting the judge’s decision voluntarily.

During The Time of Caliph Ali (r.a.a.):
Ali ibn Abu Talib (r.a.a.) lost a shield that was dear to him and later found it in the hands of a non-Muslim who was selling it in one of Koofah’s markets. Ali (r.a.a.) recognized the shield and said: “This is my shield that fell off my camel on some night at such and such time.”
The man answered: “No, this is my shield because it is in my hand.”
Ali (r.a.a.) replied: “No, it is mine since I never sold it or gave it to anyone.”
They decided to take the matter to the Qadhi (judge) and went to the court of judge Shurayh. (This was the same judge who was appointed by Caliph Umar binn Al-Khattab (r.a.a.) many years ago). The judge asked Ali (r.a.a.) for his side of the story. Ali (r.a.a.) claimed that the shield was his and that he had found it with that man. It had fallen off his camel and he had never sold it or given it to anyone.
The judge turned to the other man asking his story. The man said that he did not accuse Ali (r.a.a.) of lying but the shield was his as it was in his hands.
Shurayh turned to Ali (r.a.a.) saying: “I believe you, but we need the testimony of two witnesses to back your story.”
Ali (r.a.a.) said that there was his aide Qanbar and his son Hassan with him, to which the man replied that a son could not testify for the benefit of his father.
Ali (r.a.a.) said: “My God! A man who is promised paradise cannot act as a witness! Have you not heard what the Prophet (s.a.w.) said that Hassan and Hussain would be the leaders of the youths of paradise?
Shurayh said: “Yes, I have, but a son cannot bear witness for his father.”
Then Ali turned to the man and said: “Keep the shield as I have no other witnesses.”
The man, who was a non-Muslim, then said: “O Ali, the shield is yours! What a great religion (Islam)! I can bring the Caliph to the court and get a judge to pass a decision for my benefit! I declare myself a Muslim.”
He told the judge that he was following the army and had found the shield lying on the ground; and picked it up. Ali (r.a.a.) then told the man to keep the shield and, on top of that, he also gave him a horse. That incident changed the life of that man. Soon after, the man was seen under Ali (r.a.a.)’s leadership fighting the Khawaarij.
That’s called justice in Islam!
