Apartheid – The Truth Behind
Indo-Pakistan Wars.
Hindus Fear Islam
But The Truth Will Prevail

(M. Javed Naseem)

“Verily Allah will defend (from ill) those who believe.
Verily, Allah loves not any that is a traitor to faith,
or show ingratitude to those against whom war is made,
permission is given (to fight), because they are wronged;
and verily, Allah is most powerful for their aid.”
(al-Quran 22:38-39)

Islamophobia was started
by extremist Hindus in India
during 1930’s. As a result
Muslims started their struggle
for a separate Homeland to
get rid of Apartheid

This article is based on historical facts that I want to bring into light once again for the enlightenment of the young Pakistanis and Indians. Some political parties are using the younger generation for their own political motives under the slogan of ‘nationalism’. People who are not well-educated and are not aware of the true history of partition, fall prey into the hands of these vicious politicians who are promoting sectarian violence and hatred. They cash in on the ‘hate’ politics because they don’t have any positive agenda, any practical program to improve the lives of millions of Indians who live under the poverty line.

They cover their own faults and shortcomings with anti-Muslim and anti-Pakistan slogans and demonstrations. They spend a lot of money to keep this fire of hatred alive otherwise they would be out of business. As long as these racist and right-wing extremists exist in the Indian parliament, there would be no peace with Pakistan. This is guaranteed because they don’t want it.
They violate all principles of secularism because they are not secular; they are biased Hindus. And you see the proof of it in Indian life every day, every night. When they have no excuse, they make one; they create one. Bombay blast, Gujrat riots, Babri Masjid, Muzaffar Nagar riots, etc., etc., are a few examples.
They even bring some puppet Muslim groups into their fold who chant the same old song of anti-partition. They blame everything on Muslims who opted for Pakistan. They hold Pakistan and the partition responsible for their misery. That’s very stupid and unreasonable. It’s almost 70 years since partition. Pakistan is a reality, accept it!
Hindus of India/Pakistan went through the same partition and today many of them are billionaires. So, it’s not the partition; it’s rather the apartheid-based, anti-Muslim policies of the Hindu governments that are responsible for the misery of Indian Muslims.
There are more than 100-million Muslims in India. What have you done for yourselves or for the Muslim community? You are so weak and cowardly like sheep that you can’t even defend yourselves against those who come to kill you and burn your houses! Are you Muslims? Those brave 313 were the true Muslims who destroyed the well-equipped army of more than 1000 of the Makkah Unbelievers at Badr!

Don’t live on pity! Get up and unite yourselves; organize yourselves; plan some improvement projects; put in place your own community security groups; train yourselves to defend against an armed attack; try to create your voice in the parliament! You are 100-million people. Even a 100-million flies (or mosquitoes) can make the entire region sick and make them fled away. Channel your power and strength! The enemy is scared of your power that’s why they are using govt. power to deprive you and make your lives miserable. Stand up united and fight legally for your rights!

There is much more Truth
to it that you are blind to!
Ask someone who lived
through it and thanks God!

This article will also tell you, very briefly, the background truth of Kashmir conflict between India and Pakistan. Make sure that you can handle the truth!

The Background
Here’s the bitter truth of the background of all Indo-Pak wars! First: Although India signed the declaration of independence from Britain, they, in their heart of hearts, never accepted Pakistan. They claim that it’s their territory and they want it back. So, they try to annex every possible piece of land that was given to Muslims.
Secondly: India is the biggest ‘hypocrisy of the world’. It is a Hindu country, ruled by right-wing extremist Hindus but they chant the slogans of ‘secularism’ and ‘democracy’ to fool the nations of the world. Minorities have no rights in India and Muslims are always victimized.

If you open the history books, you will see that during the Muslim Mughal Empire, the minorities in India were treated decently and they had all the civil rights.

India was the richest, most
successful and very peaceful
country of the world during
the Muslim Mughal Empire!
Minorities were happy and
there was no Apartheid!

The West cannot criticize India openly because they fear to lose the biggest market for their military hardware and consumer goods. So, the economics controls the politics. The rest is bullshit.

The Radcliff Award:
If you look at the plight of Muslims and the minorities in India today, you can easily imagine how terrible things were a hundred years ago. It was that victimization, mistreatment, persecution, discrimination – or apartheid – that forced Indian Muslims to stand up and fight for their rights. After lots of violence, riots, bloodshed and killing, they decided eventually that they should have their own separate homeland. And that gave birth to the idea of Pakistan.

And God is always gracious to Muslims. He granted them a Muslim land.

“And We wished to be Gracious to those who were
being oppressed in the land, to make them leaders
(in Faith) and make them inheritors.”
(al-Quran 28:5)

Under the British rule, the partition plan of June 3, 1947, under the Indian Independence Act, envisaged the division of Punjab and Bengal which made it necessary to set up a Boundary Commission to demarcate the boundaries of the two countries.
Sir Cyril Radcliff, a British barrister, was assigned the job of drawing the boundary line as Chairman of the Boundary Commission. His formula was simple: Muslim majority areas form the new country Pakistan; Hindu majority areas would be the new India. But this principle was marred by conspiracy and collusion. At the same time there were some genuine problems that made the task complicated.

Lord Mountbatten was the British Viceroy of India.
Incontrovertible evidence is available that Mountbatten was very keen to see that in Punjab the whole Gurdaspur district, which had a Muslim majority, should not be assigned to Pakistan. Mountbatten’s strategy was that Punjab may be divided in such a manner that the state of Jammu and Kashmir could join either India or Pakistan, although the state was a Muslim-majority state but with a Hindu raja.

India used the same tactics in Junagadh. On August 15, 1947 the Nawab of Junagadh acceded to Pakistan. But the Indian government did not accept it. India wanted a plebiscite in Junagadh (a delaying tactic to gain time), which was eventually accepted by the Nawab in November 1947. Sir Shahnawaz Bhutto (a British puppet) was the Diwan (like a chief minister) of the Nawab. He took over the State by a coup against the Nawab. That made things easier for India. Later on, India not only annexed Junagadh, but also Manawada – Kashmir style!

The renowned British writer, Alastair Lamb in his book, ‘Kashmir, a disputed legacy’, has also established a sinister collusion between Mountbatten and the Indian Congress leadership as a result of which the Boundary Commission awarded Gurdaspur to India which culminated in the Indian intervention in Jammu and Kashmir on October 27, 1947.

In the division of Punjab, the award was unfair and awarded a number of Muslim majority areas to India. In Gurdaspur district two contiguous Muslim majority Tehsils of Gurdaspur and Batala were given to India along with Pathankot tehsil to provide a link between India and the Stat of Jammu and Kashmir.
The Muslim majority Tehsil Ajnala in the Amritsar district was also handed over to India. In Jullundur district the Muslim majority areas of Zira and Ferozepur in the Ferozepur distirct, were also given to India.

Similarly, in Bengal the most important question related to the future of Calcutta. It was the capital of the province. Although the Muslims formed a quarter of the population of Calcutta, a large section of its population consisted of scheduled castes (the minorities) that were allied with the Muslim League giving them majority. In any case, for more than two hundred years the Muslims of Bengal had contributed to make Calcutta what it was in 1947, a bustling centre of commerce and industry.

Sardar Patel, in his speech in Calcutta on January 15, 1950, had disclosed that the Congress had made a condition that it would agree to the partition of India only if they did not lose Calcutta. Sardar Patel had also once disclosed that Mountbatten had entered into a secret agreement with the Congress leaders to have Calcutta assigned to India.

At the time of the creation, Pakistan had already been squeezed as much as possible as a result of an unholy collusion between Mountbatten and the Indian Congress leaders. However, the Radcliff award (altered again at the last minute) was the meanest cut. This perfidious award paved the way for India’s military intervention in Kashmir.

In the words of Quaid-i-Azam, the Radcliff Award was an unjust, incomprehensible and even perverse award.

Kashmir Problem:
So much is written about this issue and I am not getting into the details. But the younger generation needs to be informed. So, in nutshell:

Pakistan was created in August 1947 and Indian army invaded Kashmir just a few weeks later on October 27, 1947. Pakistan didn’t even have a regular army, nor a defense mechanism. It was still in the process of settling the displaced people and organizing the few military units it inherited. So, the Jihadi volunteers from the Frontier (now KPK) and Afghanistan rushed to Kashmir to defend their Muslim brothers against aggression. Both India and Pakistan went to complain to the U.N. The United Nations passed a resolution to which both India and Pakistan agreed. The resolution called for speedy withdrawal of volunteers and the troops from both sides; and a ‘free and independent plebiscite’ (or referendum) to allow Kashmiris to choose whether to join Pakistan or India.
India never wanted to implement this resolution and kept the occupying army in Kashmir. Therefore, the Kashmiris are protesting and demanding their right to determination even today! The excerpts from the UN Security Council resolution:

Resolution 47 (1948)
On the India-Pakistan question submitted jointly by the Representatives for Belgium, Canada, China, Colombia, the United Kingdom and United States of America and adopted by the Security Council at its 286th meeting held on 21 April, 1948.
(Document No. 5/726, dated the 21st April, 1948).

THE SECURITY COUNCIL …..
“Recommends to the Governments of India and Pakistan the following measures as those which in the opinion of the Council and appropriate to bring about a cessation of the fighting and to create proper conditions for a free and impartial plebiscite to decide whether the State of Jammu and Kashmir is to accede to India or Pakistan.

B – PLEBISCITE

6. The Government of India should undertake to ensure that the Government of the State invite the major political groups to designate responsible representatives to share equitably and fully in the conduct of the administration at the ministerial level, while the plebiscite is being prepared and carried out.

7. The Government of India should undertake that there will be established in Jammu and Kashmir a Plebiscite Administration to hold a Plebiscite as soon as possible on the question of the accession of the State to India or Pakistan.

11. The Government of India should undertake to prevent to give full support to the Administrator and his staff in preventing any threat, coercion or intimidation, bribery or other undue influence on the voters in the Plebiscite, and the Government of India should publicly announce and should cause the Government of the State to announce this undertaking as an international obligation binding on all
public authorities and officials in Jammu and Kashmir.

12. The Government of India should themselves and through the Government of the State declare and make known that all subjects of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, regardless of creed, caste or party, will be safe and free in expressing their views and in voting on the question of the accession of
the State and that there will be freedom of the Press, speech and assembly and freedom of travel in the State, including freedom of lawful entry and exit.

13. The Government of India should use and should ensure that the Government of the State also use their best endeavor to effect the withdrawal from the State of all Indian nationals other than those who are normally resident therein or who on or since 15th August 1947 have entered it for a lawful purpose.

15. The Commission of the Security Council should at the end of the plebiscite certify to the Council whether the plebiscite has or has not been really free and impartial.
(End of excerpts)

India’s right-wing extremist Hindu politicians never accepted Pakistan. They thought that it could not survive and they would be able to annex it back after a couple of months. They had already annexed Hyderabad Deccan, Junagadh and Manawada. They never missed a chance to harm Pakistan.

This mentality still prevails and that’s the main cause of friction between the two countries. People with such mentality are holding influential govt. positions in India, apart from being in the Parliament. Their political careers are hanging with the sole thread of ‘hate Pakistan’ or ‘hate Muslims’. Without it, they cannot survive!
